Just carry out a bounce test on a flat bed ramp applying liberal amounts of WD 40 or similar at the same time to the suspension components. ie springs, arms, bushings, mounts, drop links etc. etc.

More than likely it will be the compression rod ball joint (banana arm) so this would be a very good place to start, however difficult to find play with a pry bar.

All SMFs chatter (gearbox idler) up to circa 1500 rpm. some more than others.
If your engine is "labouring" on idle you will get a chatter from the drive train.
Providing you have proof of payment and your paper work is in order with the change of address then you should have nothing to worry about.
Talk to the MC when they reopen.
You have been given good advice from the guys in there replies.
I suggest that you at least act on some of it.
Caliper strip and free off and grease up, check hand brake shoes etc. new fluid and flush.
My best advice is to hire an experienced engine builder, otherwise I guess that this may all end in tears.
It is not rocket science however you do require a considerable level of build experience to carry out the build properly.
If the crank was not bent then why did you not just get it turned at a machine shop ?
