    MOT History

I doubt it, as technically they're correct in what they're saying (and I'm taking subframe in the broadest possible way here). You've done the right thing, you've got a new one done that shows otherwise, so I'd move on and not worry about it. Can always slap a coat of paint over it to show the next owner that you took it seriously and did something about it, hence why it didn't show up in the next MOT. My car has a note about badly corroded brake lines, so I had them replaced and now the current MOT doesn't mention it at all. Things go wrong on cars, you just need to spin the answer to the prospective buyer to show that you've sorted it and that the garage was a bunch of muppets.

  3. Well what combo do you want? You have the choice of silver, grey, blue, darker blue, black, red, white, yellow, orange or brighter orange, with or without GT pack. There ain't that many combos there fella. But yeah, what is the spec you're after? Unless it's something like white with 10 miles on the clock for £3K, chances are it's already out there.
  4. DAN DAN DAN DAN DAN DAN DAN DAN DAN Bane of my life for years, that was
  5. Think about it for a second: How do you think a dealer is going to find a particular car for you, especially one as common (relatively) as the 350? They're just going to trawl PH, AT, eBay et al and see what's out there then charge YOU for that privilege. Simple answer is no, unless you're looking for something very rare or unique than just do the legwork yourself. There's not exactly a billion combinations out there
  6. I still quote the "Have a w*nk professor!" line to this day, despite pretty much nobody knowing what it refers to anymore In terms of modern stuff though, I'm finding it hard to get past Big Mouth as one of the most extreme-edged yet incredibly accessible gross-out comedies I've seen for many years. Cannot wait for season two of that. Older stuff? I'm a sucker for Coupling. The giggle loop and the cushion episodes are as true today as they ever were.
  7. Transmission fluid... front the front radiator? I think you mean coolant.

    GTR raffle

It needs to be officially licensed by the Gambling Commission if it's for commercial gain over £20K IIRC, so yes. http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/for-the-public/Fundraising-and-promotions/Advertising-and-promoting.aspx That makes it very clear that lotteries (incl raffles) can only be promoted for good causes, not commercial gain. Not passing judgement here, just stating facts,

    GTR raffle

Nowt against GT-Rs at all, it's giving a reasonable sum of money via unsecured funds to an unlicensed raffle to a complete stranger (granted, I am aware of Jurgen via the industry) that just doesn't seem like the greatest idea in the world.

    GTR raffle

    And yet, still no.

    GTR raffle

    Not in a billion years.
  12. Forgive this one Davey as I really don’t mean this to come out as personal as it’s going to sound matey, but how can you so easily dismiss potentially conflicting scientific theories offering alternative evidence so easily, yet shrug it off when gaping holes in religious texts are presented?
  13. Dogma is one of my favourite films of all time. It’s just so absolutely subtle in the destruction of religion, totally cutting yet brilliantly humorous. Never seen a bad Kevin Smith film.

    Nismats!

I like those, they’re very smart.
  15. For someone who doesn’t believe the world is flat, Davey does a really good job sticking his head in the sand to pretend it is. Bravo sir!
  16. It was a publicity stunt, nothing more. Please tell me you didn’t expect anything else?
  17. Don’t spend too long long on the things you can’t fix, just worry about the things you can. Don’t ever be afraid to say no to people, and that includes family as well as colleagues. Sometimes the only person you need to worry about is actually you.
  18. Can you actually feel any difference though? That’s what really matters ultimately.
  19. Correct, just over a litre iirc. I really hope you didn’t put 3-4 litres in to take it back to maximum...
  20. Wet weather is fine, it’s the freezing cold they hate.

    Back 2 Bizzness

A video about a drift build, and I didn’t skip a single bit? Surely not! But lo, ‘tis true. Bloody good vid there, I really enjoyed that.

    New Car!!

Negative lift is basically a fancy way of saying that the car really isn’t very stable, so the best they can do is reduce lift rather than create any meaningful downforce 66lbs is about 30kg, so naff all.
  23. Now we just need every other manufacturer to do the same, and the world will be a better place
  24. 38 now, but even back in the day when I had a car on chrome wheels I never drove like a bellend. Time and a place and all that.
