Some real bad ones there, i don't think you can really say it's not down to speed as in most of them cases if they were doing sensible speeds then they probably wouldn't have crashed. I can see what you're saying about unskilled drivers but you have to consider other drivers actions and also the roads probably aren't fit for some of those speeds, i know a few roads near me that if you were to go more than 100mph then you'd soon end up in a field.

I think you've bought the wrong car if that's what your after, unless you're willing to spend big £££££s

Yeah a properly mapped one will beat the z quite easily.

I'm really liking the handbrake mod, i think i'll have to get mine sorted.

It'll be a hard choice to make when the time comes to part with the z. The few cars at the minute i'd like are way out of my price range but to be honest i'm still more than happy with the z. I think when the time comes to change it'll have to be for more seats so would maybe consider a vxr8 with a turbo/supercharger kit.

I think there will be many that argue against that point That's why i said to use a good routine to help with swirls but my point was that you're always going to end up with some swirls no matter how careful you are, esp with the soft paint on the z.

I don't think it really matters how you wash the car, swirls are inevitable but obviously a good wash routine will help with the occurance of swirls.

The guy in front of it certainly seems pleased with it.

Tbh it depends on what you want out of a wax as to which you buy, i currently use the blue velvet when i give the car a full going over eg wash,clay,polish,seal then wax and in between i use a soft wax as a top up. I'm sure you'll be happy with whatever you buy.

On a bit of a side note i got embarrassed the other day by a 3.0L tdi Audi A8, it may have been mapped because it was quite smokey but thought the 350 should have done better. That's the only thing that annoys me about the 350, i think it could be a bit quicker.

A good clay bar will sort it out in no time.

Yeah i'd like something similar done myself, the plastic in the back is awful looking in mine. I'd love mine all done in alcantara but i'd cost a fortune to get it done. I think the flocking will look really well, certainly better than cheap plastic.

The only thing to watch out for when getting parts flocked is that it's not really that durable but it should be fine where you want it. I know a few people who had the dash and door cards flocked but had issues with patches coming off, i think the guy that carried out the work now only does work on rally cars because of this. Looking forward to see the pics.
