  1. Finally get Nissan's offset issue sorted!
  2. Pfffft much rather be watching it on the couch with a stinking hangover....... NOT!
  3. What mm spacers and which springs did you go for?
  4. Clarkie, what performance mods have you got and what year car?
  5. Great thread for those asking for more pics, one of my favourite cars on this site http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=21561
  6. So what would this be then ? I did wonder myself.. knowing Dave it's gonna be something a little less ordinary Leaf blower maybe? Interested to know what this means aswell, always been slightly suspicious of the JWT being so close to hot air, probably just creating noise more than anything.
  7. Folks, i know a lot of you on here are keen photographers, looking for a bit of buying advice on a new digital camera. Its for the girlfriend, she's got Comet vouchers to spend and needs a new camera. Budget of £200, has to be portable enough to fit in her handbag and look the part. Here's the Comet camera's page to help. Sony gets my vote but shes a "higher megapixels the better" believer. http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/category/615/Digital-Cameras?cm_re=Nav-_-PortTech-_-DigitalCameras Thanks in advance
  8. Really looking forward to seeing some results and numbers coming from this. Be great to see if things like JWT popcharger and other short ram air filters make a positive difference other than just noise and how much is actually gained from a plenum spacer! Reckon with answers to these two questions alone posts from new members would half!
  9. There are plenty recommended dealers on here, maybe see if there are any in your area with a good reputation and use them.
  10. I've been pulled twice now for plates. Once with my Prelude import, cops had the rulers out and everything, and for the Z a couple weeks back. Both times have just been warnings and the promise that "next time we'll throw the book at you". Never changed the plates on the Prelude, but I have removed the stopper on the Z plates. I was told both plates need a BS number in the bottom right (British Standard or something like that)
  11. I had the exact same issue with mine, when I installed it. Found the quoted torque settings for the bolts were nowhere near enough to keep it sealed.
  12. I thought Tesco Danestone in Aberdeen was the unoffical Zed meeting spot. Always seem to see someone's motor from here up there.

  16. Just viewed all 11 pages, great way to spend a tea break! Think its testiment to the forum and you're creative minds that each modded machine in these pics is different from the next, great work all round and looks like a fantastic weekend.
  17. Get well soon. Nothing to do with the Welsh sheep I hope??
  18. Any that doesnt involve removing the door card?
  19. Didn't know there was such a thing. Can you point me in the right direction?
  20. Jim, as Stew says, bumper off is the way to go. And the undertray has enough flex so you dont have to do the screws along the bottom. I had to whip the bumper off for taking my headlights off, so long as you take your time is an easy enough job. Just watch you dont break any of the plastic poppers. Nissan only sell them in packs, £12 a pop.
  21. Its just an aftermarket part mate, mine had it aswell. Mine was stuck on so quite easy to remove.
  22. Folks, hopefully someone can shed some light on a strange problem i'm having with my drivers electric window. It has recently started misbehaving. When I've been out in the car, stop, key out of the ignition, open door, get out of the car then shut the door to lock it, the window comes down a couple inches. So i have to open the door, put the window back up, close the door again. Sometimes it stays up, other times like last night, it takes 10-12 attempts, before I eventually have to climb out of the passenger side!! Didnt happen at all this morning, just stayed up when I closed the door. There's no common factor I can see either, happens if the window has been up the whole journey or if its been down at all.
