  1. Nice and tidy. I want one of these for drifting in..
  2. Good find col, that looks like it'll do the trick.
  3. Massive +1. I go and watch United when i can (about 5 times a season), regardless of whether its on tv or not. But it annoys the hell out of me that i cant watch them on tv when they have a 3pm kick off. What absolute bollocks. My Dad lives in the states, and he gets to watch it on tv over there - its a joke.
  4. Nice one Jay, looks good. Looking forward to see it.
  5. Fantastic garage. Great price too.
  6. Isnt LUST the official Nissan UK press car?
  7. I had 8300k bulbs which were perfectly white, and looked really good. I paid £27 for the pair on ebay. Bargain.
  8. I had my zed when i was 23/24.... and it cost me £2550 to insure. Then when i turned 25, it dropped down to £700. So 25 does still have an impact!
  9. Could it be the seatbelt bracket? Mine used to squeak there....
  10. I was trying my best to get the figures to look appealing for a zed, but at the current fuel prices and with my mileage, it was gonna be £140 extra in fuel alone each month... £35 a week for a zed? Not too bad when you put it like that, but it is a waste of money really!
  11. See - this is the other problem... i dont really want to spend £15k on a diesel when i can buy a zed for £9k instead...leaving me £6k to spend on fuel..
  12. Hi all... What are the top 10 fastest/most fun to drive diesels on sale in the UK? My ideal car would be a BMW 635d, but these are close to £30k... My budget is basically as cheap as possible, but upto £15k Basically, I want a zed that does 50mpg, but this doesnt exist... so i need a close alternative. Discuss...!
  13. Club MSV operate all 'official' public track experiences at many UK racing circuits. However Oulton Park sublet the drift track to Driftone, which is what you saw. Check out this site: http://www.clubmsv.com/car-home/drifting.aspx You will be totally fine in your car, and you get free instruction too. It doesnt touch your tyres as its a special drifting circuit with a high glass content, polished tarmac.
  14. Exactly right. In 3 years of zed ownership, and having owned all RWD cars bar 2 in my life, i have honestly to date never 'lost' the back end. If it is damp or wet, you have to respect the road and understand the balance of your car etc. You must feather the throttle and feel the role that inertia plays when cornering.
  15. This is at oulton park on their drift track. You can do this for £140 for a full day in your own car with Club MSV (operates Oulton Park, Brands Hatch etc. I've done it myself many times before, and its well worth the money.
  16. Good question... I think the tipping point is about now for me to be honest. I do a lot of miles for work, and only get 25p per mile in return, so someone told me i need to have a 42mpg car in order to break even on a business trip So any car that does less than 42mpg is costing me money out of my pocket to go and visit clients. What a joke. I dont want to have the zed as a weekend car as i hardly do any weekend driving.
  17. Yeah, I remember me & Fiddy splitting the shipping cost of £100 between us Where did fiddy go? Just looked and he's not posted here since July... I've not been on here as much so probably missed his disappearance...
  18. Thats pretty funny, but what a knob that guy i part 1 is...
