You may have thrown a CEL, a ECU reset may not clear it. Had a fault on mine, no engine lights but when it was in at Abbey, Mark noticed it when it was all plugged up and normal service was resumed! Also you may want to check your vacuum lines in the engine bay, esp the one under the intake tube, if they come loose performance is hampered and no lights come up!

Yeh, always drop the windows by a few inchs when disconnecting the battery or you could end up with smashed glass!

+1 Hope you dont use all those heater controls much, it's like A4 size. More like A5 Will prob fit ok in the top cubby or you could loose the stereo and make a fibreglass mount... Only issue will be the side Audio in... Looking forward to getting rid of a fair few gadgets for one of these... 10 hours battery... NICE!

Easy way round that and it can happen to all PW's is when your done, leave the PW on, remove hose and water the flowers with the remaining water so it runs dry... Had 4 karchers now, non broken, donated them to others when I have upgraded and they are all still fine. They had these at Costco the other day for about £150 instead of about £350

The panel is easily removable, just put a something blunt in the top lip and pop it off, somethign like a paint pot opener works well. Then get some draft excluder and put around the inside edges. Its also worth sticking some dynamat on the plate that holds the woofer. Mark

whats the balancing pipe do? my guess is it balances the exhaust flow, but whats the benefit of this? "It helps to "draw" the gasses out of the chamber, using the momentum of the gas travelling down the pipe to suck the residual gasses out of the combustion chamber. The gas travelling down the pipe creates an area of low pressure behind it. This not only purges the combustion chamber, but also draws more mixture into the chamber during the valve overlap period. So, instead of having high pressure exhaust gas popping into the inlet tracts, you now have a partial vacuum inside the combustion chamber, which pulls the fresh charge into the chamber when the intake valve opens."

Depends on how much you want to spend! 5zigen and Nismos are about £1200 including a y-pipe if your looking for some of the good ones. You will find that zorsts for a the Zeds are normally listed at Cat Back or Y-Pipe back. Cat Back includes the Y and y-pipe back is just the midpipe and the rear box (or split cans) Or you could go for true dual where there is no y-pipe, as the zorst pipes stay virtually (they have a balancing section) seperate from the cats to the rear section. some of the dcsports or hks are true dual.

PM Chilli Red on here for prices and sarah will get back to you. Think Gaz is a bit tied up with personal issues at the moment. If you are going with a pop charger, get a plenum spacer too. If you like the zorst note at the moment keep that till you have had a chance to have a look about. As biscuit says, make sure you keep some cash for a remap when you have got all the bits together. Hiflow cats are also a good idea as they will change the note / loudness of the zorst, as will a free flowing y-pipe.
