Z-tube is the tube that connects your pop to your plenum! or thats what the oem one is called anyway! There is a vacuum hose connected underneath

Do you know what an Integra looks like? That looks nothing like any Integra I've ever seen It sort of looks like this integra... with a gt-r style aftermarket front bumper

Wont be your zorst. Could be an ecu reset to start with, check all your vacuum hoses esp if the plenum has been messed with, esp the one under the z-tube. If not then it could be your coilpacks, you checked since the sparks were sorted?
