Oh and just to add, if you havnt had your car dyno'd yet, you may be suprised by the results... cars have been known to vary between 220bhp and 260bhp on the mk1 Zeds.... also remember its at the wheels so depending on dyno and temp you can get varied bhp's... Summer is not the time to dyno as the bhp's will be lower...

No such thing as false advetising in the land of Mod, they have a print out from a dyno but dynos can be fixed and are reliant of all sorts of things like ambiant temps...... The manifold may give an increase but no gtees! Strange that these claims are not all over my350z as 20-30hp is a big increase....

If the MPG has dropped it is cause more Air is being used so that means it could be working. What were you getting before?

Have ordered from Japanparts before. didnt have any issues. If you can be arsed, get a quote from DHL to pick up the zorst on your behalf....

Cant find 19" at the moment but did find this OZ Canova 17": Offset: 48mm Bolt Pattern: 5-112 Tire Size: 225/45-17 Weight: 26.0lbs. OZ Canova 18": Offset: 48mm Bolt Pattern: 5-112 Tire Size: 225/40-18 Weight: 28.4lbs. If they are 48mm on the offset then thats way out, you need to be looking at +22 ish. Also they look like they are available in a staggered fitment but I couldnt see anything bigger than a 9" for the rears... IMO a nice set of volks look great on a Zed... CE28's maybe or something from the GT series? Right offsets and nice big 10.5 for the rear! Or if you wanted to be different then a set of Gram Lights 57 Gt may cause a litle bit of envy...... Look amazing in the flesh....

You got enough steering fluid in the car? Whatever it is at least its going in for some work and the garage should be able to have a look, I suppose thats if you can get it there...... I think you will have trouble diagnosing this on line and at 10.30 on a sunday night, but good luck...

When I dropped my indicator bulb into the headlight I had to remove the bumper.... there are a couple of bolts you cant get too!

Yep the popcharger is, other bits needed!! If I didnt have the typhoon I would have gone nismo.... But then I didnt want to cut into my bumper!!

For which one? I would take some advice off Kev @ Envy or another tuner esp if your going for TT. I understand that TT changes the engine not considerably so what you have now may jot be what you end up with... I paid £700 odd for my 5zigen, am well happy with the noise and what it does so in my mind that would be still £700 odd from you zorst and then £1200 to spend on other toys like suspension, flywheel, clutch plate, suspension, etc etc that you will need to spend if your doing a TT.....

Good mod for noise esp when coupled with a Plenum Spacer. Is the price just for the filter of the full filter and z-tube? If its the full kit thats a good price... Cant remember if the Nismo one comes with a Heat Shield.... Also, its best to add a bumber scoop to get more air in... Thats why the Typhoon is a good buy as it includes chrome tube, air filter, air filter box and then the kit to put the air scoop down in the front grill.....

Have Chippeduk done any 350z's??? Would be interested to know what they have got out of a N/A modded car.... £380 is pretty cheap.... I take it there is no piggyback involved... If there isnt then is it possible to revert to a stock map for when it goes to nissan for service?

Nice one for doing the work yourself, but as Ian said, I prefer the carbon too. But am with lilsheep on matching it all up.... Eyelids are a weird one too, I like the way they change the lines of the bonnet but I dont like the extra gaps and lines they put on the car... Like the side markers BTW

Search on either of the 2 main 350z uk forums will throw up loads of info. One of the uk tuning co's did work with the cosworth with ECU tuning and no real results. Best bit is searching my350z.com as there is loads of results on there... Best bet for the money is a spacer and if your up for it a Piggyback ECU... They have been known to give good results...

Car looks sweet mate, if I was in the market I would bite your hand off.... If you do return the car to stock then give me a shout on the kit!! Hope you dont have to though!

I think Matty on the other forum had the same issues with EBC.... Use Endless or the Ferodo ones.....

Stew is correct in what he is saying, it gets air to all 6 cylinders. Without it, it get more air to 4 of the 6 leaving 2 cylinders "thirsty"... Some come with a gasket that reduces the effects of heat. Cost about £195, call Kev at Envy or Phil at ESR for further details... To the OP needing the work done, drive to halfords, by a socket set and get on with the job!! It its honestly very easy!! Edit.... Took too long to write the post and people had posted!!

I can highly recommend going to a CAT day in your Zeds too at Millbrook. Great fun and very informative and in the right hands you will be amazed what you can do!!
