  1. Not really sure thats a true reflection on these pads. A lot of good things have been said about the red stuff pads for example. Green stuff don't come into it as iirc they are not an option on the zed. And iirc the only problem with these pads was if they had been used for track use? totally agree, they are not as good as ds ferodo's but that is reflected in the price, for most people with normal road use ferodo's are overkill used ebc on lots of cars and bikes and i've personally never had a problem, redstuff are an oem replacement not a track pad and as you say dave the problems i have seen are when they have been used on a track and overheated i have seen more problems reported with endless pads than ebc

    unless you drop it a massive amount you should be ok, pm adam at z1 he has they sway bars fitted and can surely advise you on their fitment

  7. fitted redstuff pads all round the other day, much better than oem, most impressive is the initial bite is much better overall much less pedal pressure is needed, my oem pads had done 22k but were falling to bits although they had enough pad left, so dont be fooled that they look like they have plenty of life left in them

  12. basically it helps give cleaner crisper signals to the ecu so that it can respond better looks good and def gave a smoother idle, better mpg and less jerky at low revs when i fitted mine

  20. for the sake of £40 (demon tweeks) i would def get it done, mine was only slightly out but felt like a different car afterwards, it was always twitchy on limit but after it felt much more planted yes yes yes
  21. much more likely after a respray imo, due to the wafer thin nissan paint its very unlikely you will see orange peel
