As a current owner who is looking to sell I can tell you first hand that the current Z marketplace is crazy. The variation in prices is just mental. To be fair the Z has held is value better than other performance cars but a little more stability would be good. Im now looking to entertain offers around £11.5k for my chilli - when only a couple of months ago I was looking for £13k+. This is in direct response to the prices on trader and PH. Im just trying to pitch it somewhere in the middle. It isnt Blade or GM so deserves a little premium It wont be going any lower than that as it just doesnt make financial sense. Im now of the opinion that I'll juts enjoy it while petrol has dropped until someone comes along with the cash or a decent part ex offer.

Sorry if a repost http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default ... ryId=18983 Some nice 350's too..

I got one done of mine by this chap. Quality was pretty good. I'll try to post a pic up when i get home http://www.yeomanscarart.co.uk/index.asp He just amended his pre-done 350Z to incorporate my numberplate, non Rays alloys and pre-06 bumper /bonnet. He does custom works so drop him a line.

The Nismo kit does make it look a lot better but Im still not sold on the look I just think that it looks a little "busy" if that makes sense. Like the look of the new Nismo rims though

That looks and sounds awesome!! It really suits the white and the bumper tuck shows it off a treat -

Ross Mac replied to Z Boy's topic in Zeds For Sale
Mate really sorry to hear that your Z has to go. I know exactly how you are feeling at the moment as I made the decision to sell mine a couple of months ago My job is now safe (well as safe as it can be in finance) but still looking to economise a little bit and unfortunatley the car is the luxury that costs the most. Im sure yours wont hang around for long. Good luck in the job hunt too -
Just a little bump to see if any interest in the Chilli Ross

Hi Sorry to do a re-advertise but I have dropped the price of my beloved Z to an almost heartbreaking £13,500!! Pistonheads advert here: http://www.pistonheads.com/SALES/596012.htm I wont bang on again about how great she is- all the details in the advert and on the previous sale thread. I'm available for viewings / test drives until 30th August then Im away to Ibiza for a fortnight. Hopefully will have some more genuine interest before then as opposed to the dreamers to date. Please let any prospective owners know about this beauty. Cheers Ross

Hi Les - Welcome to the forum! I'm based up in Newcastle (not far rom you), and I also happen to have one for sale.... You are more than welcome to come up and have a look if you want. Its advertised here on pistonheads if your interested or PM me for more info http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/596012.htm Ross -
I'm 6' 3" and of rugby-esque build. Broad shoulders, big legs etc, 15.5 stone. I chose a non-gt spec as the seats sit lower in the car than the leather gt spec ones. This was a big deciding factor for me when comparing two cars... Mine is for sale and only up in Newcastle so not far from you if you want a look Just see the for sale section for details - it's an 04 chilli red btw
-
Welcome to the forum!! Mine's the red one for sale that Martinmac's post brought up, If you want any info on it just drop me a PM and I'll tell you all about it. Good luck with your search!!

Looks awesome - nicer than the other optional wheel you sometimes see on JDM's im my opinion. The red stitching would go really well with a chilli

Final reduction guys - now only £13,800!! Bargain. 6 months tax being put on it next Friday. Must go soon - updated on Pistonheads advert: http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/596012.htm

Welcome to the forum mate! Oh yeah fancy a spot of Chilli? I know of a belter being sold Its scientifically proven to be the fastest and coolest colour you can get http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/596012.htm Drop me a PM if you want any more info, Ross -
I like them - very different but they do suit the black Z Before the Z I was heavily into the VW scene where stretched tyres were all the rage. I like the look that they give but stay WELL away from any kerbs - I found that out in a bad way when my BBS connected particularly badly one day Well done for being a bit different!
-
Just a cheeky Sunday afternoon bump... Cant believe no one wants a lovely spot of Chilli... Will be putting 6 months tax on it at the end of next week as a deal sweetener. Spread the word guys before I have to take it to trade and get naff all for a mint car. Needs to move on soon before I get the boot from work PM me if you want more info or additional pictures. Ross

I would feel much happier (well as happy as I can be after letting her go ) if it went to someone on here.... Then I would know that she had gone to a good home and would get treat well and used properly, plus I could keep an eye on here from on here
-
Just a cheeky bump.. Now reduced to only £14k - a bargain if I do say so myself http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/596012.htm Surely someone wants a spot of chilli in their life.....

For those of you who like these sort of things... As I am in the process of selling my baby I wanted to get a souvenir of my first Z. Prior to selling my golf my girlfriend had a custom caricature done for me which was class - he did my BBS wheels perfectly and even did my german style plates... I then thought that itwould be great to get done of my Z, when I looked them back up though to get a custom one done was super pricey, then I found this site: http://www.yeomanscarart.co.uk/index.asp His work seems pretty good - he does Z's already but I want my 04 standard wheels, plates and brembos included. I've emailed him to see how much that would be but he can take on custom work for reasonable prices - just thought I'd share this with you all
