  1. This is the tune for summer with the top down. Not the live version though On the motorway you need to get the white lines passing in time with the music for a real fun experience - just keep an eye out for speed camera vans though
  2. I'm off to a forest rally driving experience in a couple of weeks with expert tuition in a Subaru Impreza Then I'll be looking to do fast road and limit driving tuition probably at Castle Coombe circuit. I'd like to do a few laps with the Stig but I expect he's a bit pricey for me. Any other recommends are welcome. CaptainSensible - I'll drop you a PM if I manage to sniff out some options
  3. I'd love the opportunity to drive my 350z on the limit with confidence, to be able to bring out the best in the performance I've invested in. I'm not a bad driver and I love driving fast when it is safe to do so. but I'm no doughnut king though and I'd like to be more in tune with my 350z. Does anyone have any recommends for driver training within 30 miles of Bristol? I'm not going to start drifting but I do want to enjoy switching the esp off from time to time.
  4. Great pictures! good turn out, thanks for posting. I think white really suits the roadster Video clips are great too.

  6. I just paid £18,500 for an 08 roadster with 3k miles on the clock and I bet within 3 months it would be worth just £17,000. But I'm in for 2 years so the market now doesn't worry me at all. I'm expecting £2.5k/ annum depreciation.
  7. Drop - anything within 3 years old will see a drop. The older ones won't be affected.
  8. These are the originals.. http://www.350zmotoring.com/forums/memb ... ipped.html They are cast metal with glass enamel but a bit pricey.
  9. Let us see what these things look like with a few pictures. I might well be interested.
  10. Gorgeous car. Are the smoked side reflectors standard on the GT4? They look very cool.
  11. Yes but it does come with free postage and packing. Do you get the front and back for that price
  12. I'm sure I'll get to love the new bonnet too. I'm still missing my Azure GT. I wish I could have kept it.
  13. Thanks for the kind words. I love the white ragtop z in the Tokyo pics. It's a shame the springs have collapsed I had a crack at giving my car a clean and I used AG SRP followed by AG EGP and it looked great. I have a tin of Colonite in the garage but I find it a bugger to use. I must be doing something wrong. The AG products are simplicity itself. I did find glossing up my Twilight grey Z less rewarding than the Azure blue one I had before but it doesn't show the dirt so much, so that's the trade off. The paint still feels silky smooth so no need for a clay session yet. Blimey the Bridgestone 050 tyres are noisy on the road. My Pirelli Pzeros were whisper quiet by comparison. Same sort of grip on the limit in the dry. I do like the anti kerbing edge to the tyre. I'm going to get my GT4 wheels finished in 'black chrome' as I think it will look great with the Twilight Grey car. I'll post some pictures when they're done.
  14. Yep, my 08 roadster has no bluetooth option. No microphone in the screen header, buttons on the steering wheel or cradle in the usual place. With the top down it would be totally useless anyway.
  15. Hi CS, The spacers arrived safely thanks. I have some wheel repainting to do on some GT4 rims and then I'll be adding the spacers. I'm also awaiting Pop chargers, white reflectors or side markers and then I'll get to grips with my first mods. I won't be adding a spoiler or body kits though because I love the standard look so much, but top notch I.C.E. is definitely on the cards as the Bose is woeful.
  16. This is my new car. I thought I'd have a go at getting some good shots with the hood up as well as down. This is totally standard as it was delivered from the factory.

    New Toy!

The new seats don't just look good, they are far more comfortable too.

    New Toy!

Standard is best when it looks this good. Enjoy your fantastic Z and keep it clean
  19. It's arched too which accentuates the resonate qualities of reverberating tail pipes
  20. Especially in a tunnel with the hood down
  21. Hi, I've just ordered a pop charger for my new 350Z and I've got a feeling that I've read somewhere it needs 2. My last Z had just 1. If it is 2 that are needed do I need a different model of heat shield too for the left unit? I looked at the guides etc and only one is mentioned but my instruction manual clearly shows 2 air filter boxes. I'd go and take a look but my car is in a garage overnight. Thanks in advance.
