  1. How much? That place looks the nuts Flight+Suite+Transfers about £900 each. Not bad when you compare that to decent hotel prices, as you get an 1100 sq ft apartment with living/dining area, kitchen, 1 and half bathrooms and bedroom. Most NY hotel rooms are quite small. Will write up a report when i get back
  2. Going in two weeks. Booked it last week on expedia, was cheaper than anywhere else I could find for flight+hotel combination. Am flying from Birmingham on Continental and staying in an apartment here www.flatotel.com
  3. Only had mine a week and definately worth the price I paid second hand No noticable improvement on the butt dyno, but no issues in traffic either. The noise doesnt really get going until over 5k rpm, so have found myself using more revs this week and keeping the stereo off
  4. Regardless of what it is, the best RWD Nissan car between £13-20k would be a used 350Z
  5. Well ive got a really bad back/neck which plays me up all the time and I find one of the best places to be is sitting in my Zed. I have got the seat set just right. My last two cars, Audi and RX8 were both worse in that respect, as is sitting here at my desk for 8 hours a day!
  6. Yeah - worth checking, there were quite a few in mine yesterday when I took it off to fit my popcharger.
  7. As above, fitted yesterday....thanks to Yorky for supplying. It took me a bit over an hour and a bit fiddly in places, but worth it. The instructions on the videoclip I found on here are better than the paper ones that come from JWT, especially for removing the stock box. Anyway. as you know if youve got one, its sounds great! I think I'll be driving everywhere at over 5000rpm now with the stereo off Fuel consumption is gonna go down though. One question, that my mate mentioned, if you have one, have you told your insurance company, and would there be any change in premium?
  8. Already snapped! It's mine
  9. Had mine almost six months and love it. Best car ive ever owned out of all the ones in my sig I would seriously consider charlied's car if I was buying now. Just like mine but with the lovely Nismo kit.......mmmmmm
  10. Had a go in a DC5 before getting the Zed, one of the few other cars on my shortlist. Mightily impressed for a FWD car and would guess there would be not much in it with a Zed if driven properly. Almost went for it, but just liked the all round package of the Zed a bit more Great care though and quite rare. Championship white the best colour too!
  11. Having got the bluetooth one, I dont think Id bother again if I knew what it would be like. Its ok when stationery and at low speeds, but anything greater I always have problems with the other person hearing me, so most conversations are very short! Voice dialling also isnt very good when driving. If that bl**dy woman says 'pardon' one more time...........
  12. Works fine with my Sony Ericsson W800i, I seem to remember i had to change something on my phone to get it to work tho. It doesnt work very well for me though over about 30/40mph as the road noise from the car makes it difficult for the person on the other end to hear you clearly.
  13. Merry christmas everybody and a happy new year.
  14. Ive got the black ones on my kuro which i preferred. Can post some pics up if you like but not 'till tomorrow probably.
  15. Struggle to think of anything I'd like more....certainly not a fugly Veyron! 806bhp and standing 1/4 mile in 9s will do for me Only downside would be having to tell people what car you have
  16. OMG! How to make a Lambo look ordinary The mighty Koenigsegg http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/97087.htm I even like it in orange
  17. Could do with getting a new set myself as two of em are kerbed. Have to look for bubbling/blistering tomorrow Good luck with the sale.
  18. Top post Sarnie Pics and vids as well. Looks like a good day out. Shame they dont let you have a go in the Liana to see where you would come on the leaderboard
  19. Looks Good. Top colour choice Agree its a bugger to keep clean at this time tho.
  20. Thanks for all your comments One things for sure, I'm definately keeping the Zed Its a real bummer having a black car this time of year though, its filthy again already....more cleaning next weekend.
  21. The interior illumination in the Zed isnt great. Still bugs me the steering wheel controls arent illuminated! Having had an RX8, the interior lighting of the dials at night looks much cooler than the zed, but still wouldnt swap back

    Got One

Nice one, still not seen a Chilli in the flesh either! I'm sure chilli looks really good, but that pics looks like a deeper metallic red - which I recon would look great if they produced it!
  23. Well last week due to personal circumstances, me and the girlfriend are no more It's her birthday next week too, and yes ive already bought the presents! So yesterday, for a bit of therapy to cheer myself up, and with time on my hands I decided to give the Zed a good clean, first time in a few weeks. Whilst cleaning, I notice a load of nasty scratches all down the passenger side rear 3/4 and wheelarch! Some b*****d has obviously scraped all down the side of my car, and courteously decided not to leave a note The sight of these scratches p****d me off even more, it will be a £150 chipsaway job at least. Was gonna take some pics and post em, but couldnt bring myself to do it. I was also then out of cleaning products, so drove my nice shiny clean scratched Zed up to Halfords, to stock up on some Meguiars. Whilst pulling into the car park, I had to move right over to the left to avoid some old bint coming out half across the exit, then succeeded to kerb my rear passenger side alloy!! So now I have a scratched car, two kerbed alloys (front was already done by previous owner) and no girlfriend!! Oh well, there's always beer Just hope there's not anything else waiting for me round the corner!
