    new tyres

You may want to check this thread out as there is an offer on Pilot Sports at the moment. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic ... highlight=
  3. No worries Kev, they'll breakdown long before they become a threat
  4. Had a Renault previously and that was one too many
  5. Good ad Sarnie. I almost wanted to buy it myself when I read this but then I remembered it was yellow
  6. Well done. I think the orange and charcoal is a wiser choice
  7. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Nissan-350Z-Engin ... dZViewItem
  8. Pleased for you Nixy Now you know why we rave about em so much
  9. Looks Kev. What make tyres are they?
  10. The general feeling seems to be that if you are going to change to another brand of tyres then it's better to fit them front and rear. The REO 50 Bridgestones are no better than the 40s imo. Speed rating is minimum W.
  11. Think he was quoting what the bluetooth barks at you when you try to dial a number Yeah, sorry I was being sarcastic. Sarnie knew where I was coming from.
  12. Pleased for you matey A number of the members on here use Falks and seem to be quite happy with them.
  13. The Nismo V2 rear spoiler has a centre plane that is adjustable for rake through access to the screws that retain it by removing the covers on the end plates.
  14. If you are buying a car that is still covered by part of the manufacturer's warranty, then a stamped, main dealer service history is essential imo. If the car is out of warranty, then a service record from any reputable garage with receipts showing that genuine oem parts had been used would be perfectly acceptable to me.
  15. I think reception with a stubby is largely dependant on where you are. I don't have any problems in South Wales and there's lots of hills in the way around here. Anyway like Mike says, it's the first thing you look for when you see another Zed.
  16. Not long now Nixy and you will be behind the wheel
  17. Sorry Jacko I disagree. A good mate of mine has recently taken delivery of an 07 V8 Vantage and it is one of the most engaging and exhilarating cars I have driven. the performance feels significantly greater than the 380 bhp it has on tap, the turn-in is razor sharp and the sound it makes is on another level.
  18. You really do wonder if some people walk around with their eyes closed. If you're unfortunate enough to have a nearly new car needing paint, surely you are firstly going to take it somewhere that has a good reputation, and secondly, have a really close look at it before accepting the work.
  19. I'd only be keeping the Elise or whatever for a few months just for thrills. I feel like a need to try something alittle more hardcore. How about a Westfield? They come much more hardcore than that and a lot cheaper than an Elise. Possibly? Will it give me weather protection, i will need to use it to go work and back which is a 60mile round motorway trip. Ive been in one of these before and it was a blast but i know nothing about them, what engine? easy to maintain? what about resale? No weather protection whatsoever - engines range from old Ford X flows to Duratecs - reselling can be difficult due to limited market.
