  1. It is a piece of cake. The fitting instructions that come with them are quite good as well. Essentially, you can fit the fronts by puting the steering on full lock, but you will need to remove the rear wheels for the back ones.
  2. Oh Nixy I'm so sorry to hear this. I really feel for you. I hope you get it sorted out without too much stress.
  3. Hi and If it only does it when turing in one direction, I'd go for the wheel bearing option.
  4. It must have been very steady driving. Mine are just about shot after 10K and most of that mileage has been during the winter in crap weather.
  5. Enjoyed the write up and pics Val. It sounds as if you had an excellent time.
  6. A couple are quite badly kerbed but they would make very cheap winter wheels for someone.
  7. Hmm, I can't quite get that into my head. I just sold a Monaro VXR and there was no comparison to a Zed, it would leave one standing. Unless maybe they are talking about a 5.7 ( 354 bhp ) and not a 6.0 ( 403 ). Very strange. Yes, sorry Dan, it was the the 6 litre 377bhp model.
  8. to the forum. I agree with Tim (Lomoto) it is a tad too expensive for that mileage.
  9. EVO magazine this month have put the 07MY zed up against the Z4 3.0 coupe. And whilst they rate the Z4 very highly, the ZED comes out on top in all areas. The new engine gets their vote and as they state, "The 350's new V6 feels good for every last one of its 309bhp." On the Millbrook mile straight the Zed recorded a 0-100mph of 13 secs dead which is quicker than the Monaro VXR. They recon the Zed feels better on the road than the Z4, is faster and is ultimately better value for money. IMO, their final summary says it all - "if you really want to drive, the 350Z is unquestionably more capable, inspiring and ultimately, faster over all typres of road." Take note Digsy
  10. Gold would look best imo as black car and black rims would be too much.
  11. I consider mine to be excessive and as I've stated on this forum previously, I get through about 0.5ltr every 1000 miles. The car has now done around 10,500 and is not showing any signs of getting better or worse.
  12. We are all waiting on this, so no pressure
  13. Good one dude. Glad you stayed with a Zed - now lets see some pics
  14. Always knew you batted for the other team still around? :bye: Yep I'm not going anywhere A bit like a bad smell then
  15. Little $hit$ need a good kicking. Hope you get it fixed up without too much hassle.
  16. Bloody birds need their ar$es plugging - preferably with a 12 bore
  17. Since it's going in for a service anyway, ask them to have a look.
  18. I wouldn't use wee - tap water tends to be much more effective
