It has a Nismo sticker on it That's good enough for some I know. I'm thinking of selling a NISMO dog turd on Ebay with a reserve of £200. Any takers? How will we know its a genuine Nismo - unless its like a stick of rock with the name through the middle

That may be sooner than you think if my experience of the police in your area are anything to go by. The last time I was in York they pulled me for not having a brake-away cable on my trailer and gave me 30 days to get it fitted and present to a testing station The fact that I had been driving all over the UK with it like that for the last 4 or 5 years counted for diddly.

I'm sure I read somewhere that Nissan don't supply just the mirror glass and that you have to get the complete mirror assy if you break it. Obviously it was incorrect as you can clearly see the Nissan logo on the packaging.

I agree that you have to consider off-set and rolling radius when fitting non original wheels/tyre size combinations, but to just make a sweeping statement that it will not be compatible with the set-up equipment without being more specific is total tosh . As the dealer, and therefore so-called expert this is just another example of their lack of willingness to extend their customer service beyond the basic level of what they can get away with. Rant over

They've got the power figures wrong but it's certainly a good buy at that price.

Any metal polish for the tail trims is fine but Solvol Autosol is among the best.
