Yep, GT-S phantoms, they come like that (mine were PC'd though for the same effect) but not sure if they are still available... think he had the red lip put on afterwards. What price are we talking before having the red lip added and buying tyres. I get the feeling of about £2000 for those bad boys. Cost will depend on which coilovers you go for, it can range from £500 - £1500 depending on what you get. I went 25mm all round but the rear needs to come down another 5mm IMO. I went for the Cusco Zero2 and they were about £1200ish about a 18months ago
