  1. Yup - lots Dont have a months worth of full stats yet, but we're certainly popular
  2. Typical dealer Glad to hear you had the sense to say no. They'd just end up throwing parts at it until it started working again Hope someone on here has some ideas for you and get it sorted
  3. I have noticed that, but also looking at the stats we are getting busier and busier every day, so it might be down to traffic more than anything. I would expect that serving pages comes over email notifications in the forum software, so more page views will likely slow down emails. Might have been a consious effort by the Admin team to cut down on load though as batching the emails will likely reduce load compared to doing them real time.
  4. A mac mini and windows XP (native) does me nicely

    Very smart
  6. Good luck mate, be interested to see the results and what costs are involved going with the Unichip vs say the reflash that RSTuning will be offering soon. I can see we will need a comparison chart giving the pros and cons of each, but I guess the main factor for most will be price. If you go FI sooner rather than later, shotgun your Unichip

  8. Try ps2s....just awesome and last long as well. the most expensive of all tho.... And wider tyres are worse in the wet....you can easily aquaplane.... +1 And once you have found your limit with the car, go do some driver training and see what the real limit is
  9. Think you made the right decision mate, sure it will turn out perfect when done if not rushing it. Hope you can find the seats too
  10. Does Amanda know you said that? No - but I'd be careful on taking up the offer, she'd probably steal the keys and show you how to drive properly
  11. You're having a laugh arent you?? Between my car and United, my missus aint talking to me right now Track day on Satuday, Wales next Sunday, then JTS on the 31st... plus all the United games in between... maybe she's got a point. I'm about the same but with MotoGP and F1 instead of football! Having to build a patio to make up for it
  12. Pfff, all you lucky lads with no moaning other halfs, any of you want mine
  13. Firstly it would look stupid, the tyres would buldge out the sides far too much. My Rotas are half an inch wider per wheel than Rays and have the same tyre widths you are proposing and they are just right, so putting them on thinner wheels would look very odd indeed. I would also guess that they would roll around more on the sidewalls so would give you less confidence in their grip level. If you want to improve grip, go for a better tyre.
  14. Been out to have a look and dont have a clue how you get the spanner to it! Looks very awkward compared to the brake pedal that I adjusted. Sorry cant be any help
  15. Its not that they are on tight, its the amount of thread lock that is the problem. Mine came off nice and easy, but others have lashings of thread lock on there which once you "snap" comes off easy enough. You just need to get the initial snap
  16. +1 where theres a will theres a way Had Nissan seen it when they said you need a new base? Or did you describe it over the phone? Any compentant mechanic should have been able to get it out. Hope they werent just after more money
  17. But slower than vista at the moment in games Thats what my XB360 is for
  18. Its basically what Vista should have been first time around. Been using it for a while now and definately quicker than Vista, and a few nice tweaks too

  20. Thats the best place to stick it. The dark plastic bit on the top side of the strut brace pulls up nice and easy (start at the bit nearest the passender seat, around to the silver bit and it will pop up easily). Stick it on the metal underneath it and feed the cable down the side. There is a nice hole in the floor at the bottom of the strut brace you can stick it through and down to the cubby. Job done On and remember to remove any top cover on the GPS puck itself to get best reception
  21. Sarnie: what did you used to run on those rims? They look a little buldgy. Makes me laugh that they are for "extra cushion", is that in case he hits a curb?
  22. Thats a supercar for you
  23. The custard one
