I know I am not going to be part of the GB, but I can fully recommend the Kestrel. There was much talk about it on Detailing World forums of the Megs DA's bushes going quickly and the Kestrel lasting longer. It also comes with spare bushes. Matt will be able to confirm if this is still the case. Also there is a chap on Detailing World that did/does good quality power cable for them, I bought 10m off the chap which makes it much easier to use as you can go around the whole car without trailing an extension lead about. Its good quality and very very flexible just like the original cable. Well worth getting.

Yup touchscreen is the biggest give away. Other things to note are in the armrest, there should be 3 RCA connectors and USB input. Oh and the fact that theres input for postcodes

Most likely, somehow they were frozen in the out position and when thawed they will retract. Even happens on R8's if you read Top Gear mag

I seem to remember we tried this a while ago in a few threads and it didnt really work too well. Definately worth looking at, but we need a good way to document it which is easy to get at Wonder if we can upload GPS routes or something somewhere like Google maps and keep them all on one map.

Jay thanks for the support, it really is appreciated. What he failed to comprehend is although the rule is 15 posts minimum, it really is just an aid for us to see people exactly like that, who sign up just to sell something. That is exactly what we are trying to stop and all he could see is what hoops does he have to jump through to get access to sell something. It doesnt work like that, we are run by members for the members, we all try to look out for each other. If he hadnt been so argumentative, we probably would have let him hit 15 posts and sell it. But as you can see from how he came over in this thread - would you want to buy from him? Complete unknown who you'd have no comeback with. As noted by another member, anyone who saw the pics of the wheels, they had a line of about 10 wheel weights in a line on one of them!

I'd give ZMANALEX a shout. In theory if your MAF is dead, then I can see how the fueling could be messed up as it doesnt meter the airflow correctly and doesnt fuel accordingly, and could kill the cats, but not the O2 sensors. But I am by no means an expert. If the MAF is dead, I beleive it should run on a safe map which means it knows how much fuel to add no matter how much air is flowing, but it wont be optimum, but shouldnt do any damage to the car. I would speak to a pro though as that is just my educated guess.

As per PMs, this is not extreme at all. We have our members best interests at heart. We dont know who you are or what your background is, as far as we know the wheels could be stolen or a scam. We like to try and ensure as best we can that members selling items are legit, and buyers like to have the confidence that the guy selling to them is decent and not just after a quick buck. Your spam posts were deleted and the few that actually contributed to something were left. Forgive me if I am cynical, but you sign up this morning, make 14 posts in an hour and then post 15 is a For Sale post. Would that look legit to you if you were in our position, or someone trying to make a quick buck?

Get a panel pot of Supernatural. It does the whole car quite a few times. I've got a full pot of Supernatural and its been doing my car for well over a year now and its still half full! Panel pot will last you at least a year, plenty to just try it out

You could always try and get some deals going on a Kestrel DA from Matt@i4detailing (7MAT on here, he's not very active on here, but does deliver very quickly, I had another order off him next day delivery last week). Got one myself about a year ago, cracking bit of kit.
