Christ, I dread to think whats its going to cost you to replace them all in Ti Ian Certainly live up to their name though
  2. No arguements from me on that one /runs for cover
  3. Dunno how they managed that then, they must have covered you on their insurance to do it
  4. Fairy Liquid does the job great! Makes the paint feel horrible when it has no protection on it, make sure you definately allow time to wax it afterwards, dont leave it with no protection
  5. Be grateful that was on a big order, I got hit with that £8 for ~£2 tax I owed Cant wait to see some of these fitted
  6. +1 for PB sealant, its great stuff, have converted many to it. Give the wheels a damn good clean, claybar and polish, just like normal paint then put 4 or so coats on, applying and leaving to cure for 10 mins or so. Jobs a good un - so much easier to clean then
  7. Tight budget, but if you find a higher milage example that has been well looked after, it could be doable. The engine is bullet proof, most problems occur with oil starvation when owners dont check it enough. Get one thats well looked after and they are good for 200k+ miles
  8. Yup, search "pop charger" and you will see plenty of results. Main difference is more noise
  9. Was that a new car? And are you the first registered owner? If the car is registered to the garage they can tax it, but for a new car to be you as the first owner, they have to have insurance in your name I beleive Sucks a bit that insurance wont fax out a cover note, theres so many instances that you need them
  10. The ones for the 370z look good too. Supposidly ~500WHP is easily done
  11. Fully agree. We did over 2,000 miles as part of the Jockland hoon last year and not once did the missus moan about being unformfortable. Its amazing as a GT car at its price point
  12. Will be great if you make it, I will have to have a good nosey around if you do
  13. Sounds like you have quite a project on your hands there! Luckily we have a few very knowledgeable members about, I'm sure they will make themselves known. If you want to advertise your services officially on the site, can you contact one of the team for details
  14. Nice one bud, will be awesome when its all fitted and tuned
  15. Time to get mine out of the loft
  16. Yeah he said its going direct, but I guess having informed the insurer today, it might not make it by Friday. I still think you can get the insurer to fax it
  17. Yes exactly what you need White when off (ish) but glow red
  18. Doh beat me to it! Will a fax of a cover note not do? I'm sure I did that when I got my Leon
  19. Why not use Chris Knott, they were easy to deal with and no problem covering mods and for a litle over £400 for the full protected package, competively priced too And the club benefits by business from members on here I think its more the fact that the car has to be insured for the dealer to get it taxed Colin, and for that they need originals of the ins docs
