Short answer is yes - depending on what actual engine you mean. Will require a fair amount of work if you want to run an HR engine though.

I could well see that happening. Nissan presumably assumed that people wont do trips over 10k and perhaps the logic cant cope with 10k+ milage in a trip. Try resetting it and see if that cures it I guess Also make sure the display is working right and not lost the left hand digit. Maybe check the clock to make sure it shows all the numbers of the display?

Definately dont watch the clips if you are sensitive in anyway, its not good viewing, and avoid the article from the Daily Mail they show some shocking images - very inconsiderate from them Really feel for his family and Valentino as they were like brothers. As its an import theres every chance its not a crock of @*!# . Get the seller to email pics of the book, intakes and exhaust. In Japan you could fit any number of Nismo goodies from the factory inc intakes, exhaust and Nismo ECU. Not sure if the latter you could get as factory fit but they definately exist, there was one knocking around on the forum, Martinmac had it and it ran like @*!# on UK fuel.

If you think its the tilt sensor, then press the button behind the passenger seat before locking it as normal. This will disable the tilt and ultrasonic sensors. If it still goes off its not either of them, if it doent go off then it will be one of them (hopefully!)
