I have the IS300 as well, before I decided to remove the antenna completely. It offers great reception, is same size as the S2K, better fitment on the base. eBay

That would have seriously pi**ed me off as well! It's obvious it's because of their work done to the seat, so don't let them get away with it.

If the cable is disconnected, while the key has been turned, the light will stay on. You'll need a reset on the light.

I got my car resprayed last year, in metallic black G41. As I have the orange Alezan interior, I still think it's the best combination out there. However, if I had a black interior.... Definitely would have picked the Macademia Metallic from Porsche. For those who've seen a 997 Turbo with it, know how beautiful it is! Get a bodykit with it and some nice wheels, it'll look brilliant! (sorry, not sure how your car looks now...)

Anyone bought any stronger springs for in the black little covers underneath the boot hatch? I managed to get away with putting some coins in those little covers, but now the springs really have had their time. I have uprated struts with just an oem spoiler and still I have to lift the boot while pressing the button. Otherwise it won't open enough.

71 liters here after running 50km after it showed --- and a lot of effort at the fuel station to fill it up as much as possible

Bringing this back up.... Where did you position the led strips? Against the plastic (glue or something) or just above the carpet? Also did u manage to fit one to the boot light?

Just got my new lights and had a quick look at the bulbs. I'm gonna replace them straight away with 6000K ones. However, there still in the mail. Just wondering how to remove the bulb . Which way do you twist or can you pull them straight out? Tnx

I had something like this at lower rpm when the o2 sensors from the cats weren't tight down properly...

Took me 20 min to get the bumper off, another 15 to put it back on. Thought it was fairly easy .

Regarding the parking sensors, these days my nissan dealer fits the ones which go behind the bumper. So I'd definitely look into this option via either the dealer or someone else who can fit them. Looks much better without the sensors stuck on the bumper!

A big loss for the UK Z community. However health is the highest priority and decisions considiring this are never easy. Still can't wait to see a post from Mr. Phil himself.

Can someone confirm this works on older models as well? As I always under the impression that this trick doesn't work on 2004 models or older...

I've used Motul 300V and Silkolene Pro S, both 5W40. That was from advice of Opie Oils...

I take very good care of my Z and I'm having the same problem as listed above. Since a few weeks, engaging 6th gear from 4th or 5th causes grinding. Unless shifting really slow. So most likely the syncromesh is on it's way out. Won't be cheap to fix. Also my clutch has a very heavy feel to it, so that will need to replaced as well. So these problems are normal when a Z has done a numerous amount of miles I guess. In my case around 40k miles. So that might be a reason for the low price, that some maintenance is needed. I don't know if you'll get away by getting a warranty or you'll have to pay for the parts + labour yourself.

I have my windows tinted with llumar. It's what the police cars have fitted here in NL as well. It is resistant to a throwed brick, don't know if that good or bad though. As they can't break the windows like that, maybe the'll get pi**ed of and wreck the rest of your car .

Load index has little or no effect on our car. It's more for people with an SUV or any other heavy car/lorry.

I'm soooo happy it looks like this! Definitely makes me keep my 350Z..... I don't like any view on the exterior. It looks more like a wannabe sports car now, not as classy and good looking as the 350. The gas filler cap looks huge from the rear! Like you can plug in one of those F1 refueling hoses... Then the interior, maybe it'll look better with the doors/other parts done with more leather. However, the center console doesn't look better at all. They even removed the digital speedometer! Now you have 2 classic ones, what's the point? Plus the steering wheel looks cheap. Just my opinion though. The only upgrade I'd consider from Nissan is the GTR...

I got the JIC Magic Y-pipe. It got good reviews on the US forum. It design is really like a Y, unlike the nismo I had before which is more like a T. I didn't notice any real gains, but I damaged my nismo one so decided to try something else.
