I got married in Vegas The place is the most surreal place you will ever go. Once you've been to Vegas, all other american cities seem soooo tame in comparison. Heres a very quick vid of us in the helicopter over the strip: Can't wait to go back!

Where's Captain??

Hmmm, Xavi is on 7.5m a year and I bet Iniesta isnt far behind, and knowing Spain I bet they dont get taxed 40% on it £7.5m a year is still 'only' £144k a week

I think you'll find that the TV money in England is divided equally amount each of the Premier League teams. Unlike in Spain where Barce & Madrid negotiate their own deals, meaning that these two teams account for the vast majority of TV money in spain, thus widening the gap further. In England the Premier League is the place to be, nobody wants to watch Championship football, therefore it doesn't attract the same level of investment, naturally. I would say that if anything, clubs are becoming wise to the money issue and concentrating on developing younger players from the lower leagues and also the brand of football they play, look at Norwich & Swansea this season. A few years ago, teams like Bradford were paying Collymore and Benito Carbone £40k a week on 4 year deals, in an attempt to stay in the premier league, and look whats happened to them. Most of the teams who come up now are all sustainable such as Wolves, Stoke and West brom. Also, the parachute payments that teams recieve when they are relegated, is not replicated anywhere else in the world. So, from what i can see, if anything the gap between the Championship and the Premier League is probably closing, illustrated by the fact that more and more newly promoted teams are surviving their first seasons in the PL.

I think the Premier League is the best league as a competition. It's much more competitive than other countries where teams such as Barce, Madrid, Bayern Munich, Dortmund, Inter, AC milan win almost every single week at a canter. Ronaldo scored his sixth hatrick of the season last night. Yes him and Messi are great players, but most of the opposition are very poor once you look past Barce, Madrid, Valencia & Sevilla. Unfortunately, however, the top european teams have an allure that no English team can offer. Madrid & Barce can offer at least as much money as our teams, the lifestyle, the climate plus they have the history. No Brazilian grows up wanting to play for Man utd or Chelsea etc when they have grown up watching Romario, Ronaldo & Rivaldo et al scoring for Barcelona. The day that players like Iniesta & Xavi want to leave Madrid & Barcelona for the premier league, is the day that we can say we truely have the best league in the world. At the moment the only way of geting them here is for teams like Man City to pay them £250k a week.........

so you have to pay duty in this country as well? i have already paid shipping of about 30 quid. of my nardi handbrake cover. pi$$ take if i have to pay for delivery in this country too!!!! You don't pay for delivery in this country. But you will be potentially liable for VAT (20%) and import duty (10% IIRC) on the total you paid for the item including postage. You might be lucky though and not get charged

Thats incorrect. Evra ran the length of the pitch to celebrate in front of Suarez.
-
Suarez should have shook Evra's hand. Evra shouldn't have done what he did at the end. As far as I'm aware there is no law about having to shake anyones hand, so a ban would be ridiculous. However, Ian Ayre (a Liverpool director) has come out and said that Suarez misled the club by saying that he was going to shake Evra's hand. I think Liverpool should fine him a week wages and the FA should warn Evra about his future conduct. And then draw a big fat line under it all and move on as it's getting tedious now.

Why not just buy some Rays with tyres??

The key factor here is Harry's age. The FA stated yesterday that they would be looking for someone to take England to the WC in Brazil & Russia which is in 2018. Harry is at the pinnacle of his career. If he takes the England job, would he get the chance after that to manage one of the top 6 teams? Doubtful. He's on the verge of getting Spurs to be title contenders for the next 2-3 years at least if they keep going. He would really have to want the job to leave Spurs imo........

I know this is a car forum but I'm quite astounded by some peoples media blinkered opinion and lack of knowledge of english football and our countries law. The fundamental principle that our countries law is built on is; Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Not Innocent until the media decides he's guilty, or anyone else for that matter. His past behaviour or whether is a likeable chap or not, has nothing to do with it. The difference between this case and the Luis Suarez case is all important here. In the case of terry, the complainant, is not Anton Ferdinand or even QPR, it's a random guy who was sat at home watching the game on TV and was offending by what he 'allegedly' saw John Terry say to Anton Ferdinand. He reported it to the Police and the Police has a duty of care to follow it up. After the game, Terry was in the QPR changing room and shook hands with Ferdinand amoungst other players. There was no complaint from Ferdinand or QPR, it all has been driven by the guy who initiated the complaint. Because this is now a criminal issue, the FA cannot issue any sort of punishment such as a ban or a fine like they did Suarez. It's because of this that they has stepped way outside their remit by removing the captaincy from Terry, as this is punishing him for something that he is yet to be convicted of. He may have been charged, but that means nothing. Harry Redknapp was charged with Tax Evasion, but he proved his innocence this week in a court of law and now he is back to being the nations favourite. In the case of Suarez, the complainant was Evra himself, and he reported it to the FA directly, therefore they could deal with it directly, hence the 8 game ban. Personally, as a black Liverpool fan, I was disgusted by the booing of Evra. All he did was report Suarez. The FA were hoping that the Terry case would be taking place before Euro 2012 which would therefore take the decision out of their hands. If found guilty then they could have, stripped him of the captaincy and banned him from playing for England, and rightly so. if found innocnet then they wouldn't have to do anything. The twist has come from Terry barristers who pushed hard for a date after the Euro's so that terry could take part. This was based on the assumption that he is innocent until proven guilty, therefore the the FA couldn't and wouldn't do anything about it. This has triggered a chain of events that led to the FA feeling that they needed to step in do something. They then undermined Capello by interefering with player selection, therefore Capello had to walk to maintain his professional reputation and dignity. This could further backfire on Terry as he has now lost an allie in Cappello. Any new manager may decide that Terry is not worth the trouble, and not even take him to the Euro's. I would assume that a huge part of the selection process will be driven by how any of the candidates intend to approach the Terry issue (see here already - http://www.teamtalk.com/news/2483/75005 ... inder-Guus ). Any candidates that insist on choosing Terry and reinstating him as Captain will be given short shrift and shown the door. This is why i can't see HR taking the job until after the Euro's. Would Harry want the job if he can't actually pick the team or captain he wants?

What car next for me and the little un ?

Thought about this.... Bad points... Not 5 door and doesn't handle great, still looks good and goes tho E46 M3 doesn't handle well???????????? I've had a E46 M3 when my boy was born upto when he was 12 months old, which was the most difficult time as they are in car seats that need to be put in and out of the car, and it was absolutely fine. If your kid is over 12 months then they should be in the bigger car seats that sit in your car permanently which makes things even easier. In fact in some cars, its easier to get your kid into the car seat from the front e.g like you have to with a 3 door car, than it is in a 5 door car where they access it from the side. E46 M3 would be a no brainer for me, plus you can get a half decent one for way less than £10k........ The 'rasp' was the only thing I didn't like, but it wouldn't put me off buying another.... -
Pretty sure this car was in Scotland a few years back with a crappy private plate along the lines of "sxy" or something similar. It's only about £3k over priced to be fair......
-
£5k and 12 months for that?? Rik could do it cheaper and quicker

Still here

I'm also pretty sure that frost grey was only available with certain colours such as the Night Blue, Rosso and Ebisu IIRC......
