This is a fantastic move for Liverpool FC.
Our fiercest rivals lose Tevez and Ronaldo and replace him with a guy who can barely get fit and when he does is so one dimensionally limited and over rated its untrue. I was praying that he didn't resurface at Liverpool again, when he played for us we were soooo predicatable it was unbelieveable.
He's being living off a reputation he carved for himself ten years ago...............
From man Utd's point its a win win situation. They get a striker, with premiership experience, under 30, for free. They also get to rub Liverpool's noses in it, especially if he does well. I just question the amount of time he will get on the pitch and whether he has the desire to drag himself away from his horses for long enough to revitalise his career.
I can't imagine the abuse he'll get if he scores at the Kop end
