Tell her the insurance won't allow newly passed drivers on a 3.5 litre V6. People keep mentioning that you should buy her a runabout, but as she wants you to sell the zed, I'm assuming she wants something newer to drive around in. As the car is yours, i assume you bought it/pay the loan and she doesn't. My opinion would be that if she wants a newer car then she should buy one herself and keep her nose out of what your driving

Thats a bold statement. If it was some two bit ex-champ like Velleneuve I'd agree, but you can't write off pedigree like Schumachers. If he gets onto the first two rows of a starting grid you never know.........

They have actually valued my M3 at £10,135, which is £1,135 more than I paid for it, might flog it to them and pick up another one cheaper!!!

There is no recourse via ebay. You can complain but nothing can be done. He was very clever in getting your son to pay cash as he probably knew if it was via paypal you can raise an Item Not As Described dispute and 99% of the time the buyer wins (much to my annoyance).
