I reckon mostly normal. I think that some may see the track but rarely. If you're spending that money on a track tool you wouldn't buy a CSL. IMO purely bought for bragging rights that they have the "ultimate" M3.

I'm on my 2nd set of rear Falks, the fronts will need doing reasonably soon too and I'll go Falk again. Not long sourced the rears and www.falkentyres.co.uk) both were very good to deal with an delivered when they said they would. You should be able to pick up 4 for under £400 to your door. May also be worth a PM to Andy on here. Good reviews of Toyos T1Rs of users on here too, may be also worth considering these.

You'll have no need to change the Brembo calipers on standard power mate, absolutely no need at all. Tbh the oem pads are up to the job but if you want something better then try something else at change time.

But surely they have the evidence and therefore you wouldn't have a chance anyway? Its not like a camera where you could, if so inclined, try to dispute it was you driving.

I agree with the speaking politely and calling sir. With speeding I've found that the best course of action is to apologise, admit that you realise you were over the limit and tell them that there is no valid reason for you to be. I've found that this sometimes disarms them and they are far more likely to give you a warning than a fine. No point coming up with a load of crap cos they WILL have heard it. No point saying that you're late for work etc - cos thats just not a valid reason. If you're speeding and you get pulled, best to simply hold your hands up I say.

Go for it guys, you won't be disappointed. I'm sure that there are better alternatives out there but I'm very happy with these. Still going well and no complaints, have got around 1500 miles on them now and have done a couple of really hard testing stops and they are significantly better than oem. Daron - as with most cars there is a balance that has to be achieved by the manufacturer, they won't want to put on a pad that may require slightly more heat in it to operate for example. Therefore they may have to sacrifice some of the stopping power. Either that or they are manufactured to a cost and probably not a big one at that. My justification for saying that? Well, why do Nissan save a few quid by not fitting a few earthing leads??? I think the long & the short of it is that you may want to change things slightly that are a bit better suited to you and how you will use the car. Oh and if you can source a better product than oem at a cheaper price (cos you aren't paying the dealer mark up) then why not?
