The only downside as far as I am concerned is that you are so far away from Surrey! I bought both my ZEDs (one s/h one new) from a local trader who I have known for 40+ years and is highly trusted and has an excellent workshop. But he does not specialize in ZEDS so when it comes to aftersales work and spares I have to go elsewhere. The fact you have built up a really good customer focused service for ZED owners seems to me a great base on which to expand your car sales side. I am unlikely to buy into a modded ZED at my age now, but from what I have seen and heard would have no hesitation in suggesting to any wannabes to check out what ESR has to offer
