Virtually on your door stop then ps: where is Northallerton

Those comments serve to confirms that ESR is a great example of a British business that is passionate about what it does and really cares about its customers and staff - a huge credit to Phil.

Have you met Digsy? Hair will be a flight of fancy soon I think you must be mistaking me for Mike. I choose to have my hair very very short I'll bring my magnifying glass to the next meet to check for evidence It would be nice to find someone on here with less hair than me

Are you sure T-cut these days is non-abrasive? When I used that stuff years ago if you were too vigorous with it you could easily cut through the paint to the primer

Hold both the open button and close button at the same time for 5 secs IIRC to change the setting Its an anti carjacking facility. For anyone not having success, Sarnie is nearly right - but the book says you push the buttons simultaneously for more than 5 seconds Just repeat the procedure if you want to go back to just the driver's door lock opening.

As Dcash5 says there is a release from with inside the car - see pic from handbook, if that helps but you need to get in first. New cars come with two keys with remotes + the master key - guess you haven't got the other spare somewhere? If you know who the supplying dealer was they should have a record of the key, of failing that try Nissan customer services but keep everyting crossed you get someone helpful

Here is a link to help you about installing a wet room ('tanking' with prices) - see pages 70-71. Their enclosures can be pricey (they are good) but the installation guide might help your concerns about it being done upstairs http://www.roman-showers.com/virtual-brochure.aspx

WINTER PROJECT: HOW TO MAKE A 600 BHP Z RUN COOLER
Ebized replied to ZMANALEX's topic in 350Z Modifications
that's a bold statement, I like your style! How about that stroked HKS Zed? Was it Advanced Motorsport and Engineering, the guys who plugged the racelogic traction control? I think that runs more power than you do... also how about the blue zed that I've seen around here too? BHP sells cars, Torque wins races I did quote "R0AD AND TRACK ROADSTER" But no matter how fast and powerfull your car is, there is always someone faster I believe the 4.2TT zed has an issue with over heating when driven on the limit for too long. Not sure if anyone else has solved this issue? As Alex says, the particular demands that Knockhill places on any highly tuned car there will test the cooling more than many other other circuits - Knockhill doen't have the level straights to give some relief to engine cooling. I am sure if Alex conquers the cooling isuse there he will have have full justification for his claim -
Oh Andrew, I am so sorry to hear this news, as I think I will know the agony you and your family are going through - just want to offer something positive for you, your Mum and your family and friends at such a difficult time. At 17 my eldest son (also an Andrew) had what sounds to be a similar infection leading to brain surgery and he was on life support for some time. But thankfully through the skills of the staff at Atkinson Morley Hospital in Wimbledon he made a full recovery after a relatively short period, and at 31 he is now living life to the full with just a 'hot-cross bun' scarring on his head as a legacy. I hope by sharing this news it might help you and family to be optimistic about your Dad's outcome. If anyone desereves to come through something like this your Dad does. He is one of the niceset and most genuine guys I have had the pleasure to meet. It must also be unbearable for you trying to manage the business at ESR at a time like this. I am sure everyone on this forum will respect that unenviable position you are in and not put you under any more pressure than you already are. June & I send our love and best wishes for 'Big Phils' recovery and that he soon on the mend so that life for you all can return to some form of normality. Colin

As you have a seperate family bathroom that has a bath, you may wish to consider a good sized walk-in shower/wet room for your en-suite - many out there to suit budgets all budgets. That is favourite for folk in the southeast at least

Welcome to the forum - £50 voucher is worth putting up with us eh? Who was the 350th new member, out of curiosity -
You have to press the key entry button twice to include the unlocking of the passenger door and as you have found, you only need to press the close button once for both doors to lock. If you refer to your handbook you will see you can alter the setting so that both doors unlock with just one press of the entry button. If you havn't got a handbook let us know and it can be sorted out. ( at the moment it is absolutely chucking it down here so not venturing out to get my handbook from the car just yet!)

I wouldn't bet on that mileage

You've been lingering in Mothercare too long

But seeing that vid I see that L/H drive model wears a 370Z emblem at the rear and not the Fairlady one - are they dropping the 'Fairlady' badging elsewhere too? Thinking about it the Fairlady tag, it does not seem to fit with the testosterone pumping ZED, me thinks

If you let on as to where you are based perhaps someone local to you on here who has a bluetooth adaptor can see if fits/works with your car. A pic of the cradle you have might also help confirm the answer you are looking for?

Thought I had seen Sarnie post up on this thread (perhaps it was a similar one) that there is no 3 year warranty on an import, but I'll mention that now. And I tend to agree with Zummertor the 'skipping' CD issue does seem to be a design fault allowing the condenstation and no doubt why Nissan have never really owned up as that would be a total recall. No big deal as far as I concerned - the best music on the move is the sound the car makes. Only time I tend to use the CD's is on motorways and by then the condensation has dried away.

new Neesan 370 Zee by edmunds inside line
Ebized replied to lilsheepshagga_turbo's topic in 370z General
Yeah thats some good points! guess there must be a way of turning that off? would be good on a serious drive but could be a pain day to day, dont need to rev on down changes on a drive to tesco if you knoew what i mean From the vids I've watched you have to turn it on. One thing that worries me is that it doesnt replace heel toe. The point of heel toe, is to match the engine revs to the drive train, but also keep maintainence throttle on so that you are ready to modulate it. With this, it will blip the throttle for you, but then you will still have to swap your foot from the brake to the throttle at some point, at which point you might unbalance the car by having a little engine braking and then increase in throttle as you try to put it back on again. I think this could unsettle the car exactly when you dont want it to. I'll keep my own heel toe thanks +1 on the option. The organ throttle pedal will also help the heel and toe option (takes me back to Beetle days ) but quite nice to have the electronic option when just cruising and you can still enjoy the 'blip' on the downshifts and even when you chose to miss out a cog or two ...nice -
Quite a vid (with sound!) but shame about the car colour choice - don't worry at the start it is about the 370......... http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=l2QcGdYaz ... re=related
