  1. Mine is not fixed any more. It came off a few weeks ago and is dangling by the cable. No detrimental effects, though. I've heard several suggestions for this... I don't have sat nav, so it probably isn't that. Phone aerial has been mentioned a few times (but the bluetooth is in the arm rest?). I've also heard central locking receiver. I’m not sure, but someone here will know. As GIXXERUK said it is the integrated phone pick-up from the 'chequer-board' aerial at the top and middle of the screen. Serves non-bluetooth phones so old-hat really now but then that goes along with the retro tape deck in the Bose Oh, and welcome to the forum Roger
  2. she loves it really, but just dosen't want to admit it
  3. Got the stand-by car park at Bala ready Dave Latest Met Office forecast suggests it may not be too bad on Sat pm and Sun runs, but ain't it frustrating when everyone has spent so many hours getting their cars ready and it gets crapped on before you even start. The hill fog predicted for tomorrow in Mid Wales has put me off a drive up that way tomorrow, so I'l see what Monday is like for doing that area on the way home
  4. I agree with the others and having driven a Noble and Exige at a performance car event at Mallory I was very impressed with the Noble and rather like the Zed, its rarity adds to appeal. Not had a go in a TVR 350 but whilst the sheer brute power and the fact they are a pure driver's car is appealing, the reliability factor surrounding TVR's and now the potential difficulty in getting spares etc would put me off ownership. But I guess the 'safe' option is the Lotus - and 'Kev' on this site will no doubt sing its praises.
  5. Just done a search of the guides section on here and thankfully we are helped by this link: http://www.350z-uk.com/downloads/KE283- ... manual.pdf
  6. Better take a look a martimacs roadster then
  7. Glad you got your car back - looks fine for Wales to me apart from the fact the navigator might need a cushion
  8. , looking forward to the pics, so have you decided what to do with the racing harts mart ? The vultures are looming
  9. A nice pussy is one that dosen't soil the garden and paths, dosen't scratch my cars or wake me up too early in the morning Otherwise........
  10. If you check out page 4 in particular on this thread it may help you see if you have right tyre combo viewtopic.php?f=9&t=18250&hilit=traction+control
  11. Quote from Manual: (assumming you have a UK supplied ZED and it has the 3 control buttons on the steering wheel?) "VOLUME control switch The volume control switch allows you to adjust the volume level of the telephone ring tone as well as the level of your correspondents voice. By tilting the volume control switch either up (+) or down (-), you can increase or decrease the audio speakers volume level. Note: The ring tone and volume level are related to the mobile phone hands-free settings." I suspect it may be that latter feature on your phone that is restricting the volume? Me - I'm a deaf old sod who has the volume settiing on the moby high anyway. The volume control on the steering wheel (simply turns the audio volume up and should be fine - never get anywhere near using the maximum to hear calls OK) Hope this helps
  12. Push it out on to the public roads then call the police. Deny all knowledge of how it got there. +1 and done that on the moving an unauthorized parker - use a trolly jack if its locked - discreetly of course And no you can't get a parking permit for outside your house (on the public highway), although if you are registered disabled most Councils will consider applications for a dedicated space as near to your property as possible but if then its taken by another disabled badge holder you are stuffed
  13. I'm surprised you say that. One of the plus factors for me is the light headlining (irrespective of the upholstery colour) that gives the cabin an airey and non-claustrophobic feel, unlike a Audi TT for example (and most sports coupes) that tend to use black headlinings
  14. Me thinks you are going to put us all to shame again
  15. You will not be bored on the straights Thursday night. Sounds like he needs his brown trousers on A good flowing road with some gradient - the A832 between Achnasheen and Kinlochewe for example - as the 2008 Hooners who stayed with the pack will recall
  16. Ferrari International Assistance will come to the rescue
  17. +1 Made it my choice Ebisu + Alezan, but if I was buying again new now I would have white with black interior
  18. That looks very and a great way to cover the stone chips! Hats off to you - whatever it costs, it must be cheaper than a car change
  19. You're keeping the wheel guys in business all on your own Sorry to hear of some more bad luck with the car Martin, but glad that its not going to affect your visit to Wales - looking forward to meeting up again

  23. Yes, but I guess we need to start sorting dates for accommodation that I guess is a bit limited up in those latitudes. Time for a list me thinks 1) Stew 2) Ebized
