Right, to try and help, it sounds like you have a faulty window mech (as do I at the moment). You will need to replace it and that means taking the door card off and using some tools to change the motor. Good luck with either doing it yourself or using an approved Nissan dealer. Who will not intentionally ruin your car.

Believe it or not, main dealer mechanics don't tend to use spanners to beat the hell out of the panels of owners cars. They are in the main qualified technicians who know that spanners are used on nuts and bolts, I think you are worrying unecessarily about taking the car to Nissan if you have a problem with it.

I've been called some things in my time Mart but that is probably one of the less flattering! Mind you, you have seen me first thing on a morning.........

Hi luv2andy - I'm a bit confused with your posts. You've asked for help and people have posted links to try and help you, yet you are saying they are not being helpful. If you are not able to actually fix the issue yourself then you may need to take the car to Nissan. Or if you're not used to forums then spending some time trying to get familiar can pay dividends, and there is no need to be rude to people. There is no snobbery here, if there was we wouldn;t have the biggest 350Z dedicated club in Europe. So if you'd like to clarify what the issue is with what help you have received so far and why it is not helpful, maybe we can narrow down the issue and help get things resolved - if you can do that in an objective fashion. Thank you.

I'd consider buying a slightly different polish than SRP on a polisher. Try some of the Poorboys or Chemical guys stuff or contact one of the detailing traders on here for advice.

If it is BOSE then yes it is amplified. You will have one amp for the speakers and a separate one for the sub behind the drivers seat if you have one installed?
