I had my last car done in Alcantara - massively expensive (the proper stuff from Italy ) and I did spend a lot of time brushing it the right way!!

There is actually quite a lot of space back there - a good 2+ ft3 which is enough for many 10" subs. The big problem as you say to is its not sealed - its NO where near sealed there are lots and lots of holes all over it. Its possible to seal it up but its hard work. The issue is the rear of the sub taking up volume, something often forgotten when building sub boxes. Therefore, that bit more space is needed In order to get a good sealed box in there you also lose some of the nooks and crannys. It can be done, but for the effort, you could get better sound mounting elsewhere IMO.

One behind each seat, yep. Just choose the sub and amp carefully as using both sides with subs you'll reduce space for mounting the amp AND need a bigger one to power two subs.

You can choose... clear, red, neon blue, denim blue, black, deep purple, neon purple, lime green, orange, carbon look, white, and yellow... Ah, I see..... Will add them to the list and give you a call soon!!

What other 'finishes' are there for these?

Good luck getting it sorted. I'd be opening one large vat of woop ass if it were mine...... That said, can see where you're going with it, looking forward to seeing it finished

It's a good show and we now have about 23 Zeds going - should be great!

My recommendation would be a good 8" sub behind one of the seats.

Should be there a bit before then, but ready to leave at 7.30 I hope

I wouldn't recommend it, even if it's not hazardous to us, it will have more of an effect on a cat.....
