  1. There's a gentle green glow on the horizon as I look North.......
  2. where the bloody hell's "Monkey Forest " ?? Trentham Gardens, near Stoke. As usual with these places we were the only ones without kids!
  3. Do I gather you're keen for a meet Daron? You've responded to every meet thread ever posted today! Patience, young Jedi, you'll get there.
  4. This I'm looking forward to seeing!
  5. I would use it on a daily basis, I thought they were bought out by a russian guy meant to be better quality no??? Unfortunately, better than sh1te still isn't that good.
  6. But the mags all thought the smaller engined Brera the sweeter car. The performance has got to be better on the 3.2 but there's the extra weight of the engine and the 4wd to factor in. It'll be a lot slower than a Zed! The heavy nose will make it understeer more too. But its soooooooo pretty! Suppose there's always this....... http://www.autodelta.co.uk/range/j5/model.htm
  7. If you're serious look around the Pistonheads forums in the TVR bits. There are so many things to look out for its unreal! If they'd ever got round to making them properly it probably would have been my next car.

  9. Me too but despite being gorgeous its apparently pants to drive. Life's cruel!
  10. I don't fully agree, as the only expensive item is the SMG clutches and you can buy an manual. No cam belts, so the servicing is just th usual oil change and check over. The rest would be on warranty. Labour rates would of course be a little higher than a Nissan, but you would be surprised just how cheap they are to keep. But Tim was talking about an old one so no warranty.........
  11. Is it this one? If it is, you are tooo good at this! The one is the pic is GM, 53 plate, GT pack and 34k miles and is down south so it may very well be Do you ever think how much money you could be earning whilst you're doing stuff like this?
  12. Monaro's a good call if you can get on with the looks. There are some factory approved supercharger conversions out there which will still depreciate like f@ck. Loads of lairy tailslides! It's a Holden rather than a Vauxhall and you can't be a badge snob because you drive a Nissan!
  13. I think I'd rather have one with a couple of thousand miles on just to know it had been run every now and again.
  14. Yup, definitely not got the MY06 mods which makes me think it is a GT4.
  15. Looks like it. What was the point of storing that?
  16. .....the only thing less reliable than an old Maser! Probably easier to fix though....... Unlikely with a TVR, especially the engine which usually needs rebuilding every 15k miles or so. Yes but there's plenty of people rebuilding TVR engines in this country and the best are doing 2 year unlimited mileage warranties. Do you know anyone who'll do that if a Maser goes pop (and they have ).
  17. Sounds like a sort of dildo more than anything else! I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought that...
  18. Hope this works out for you, pal!
  19. Front and sides are replicas so fit may not be much good Welcome Lincolnbaggie Took your time getting over here, good man Thanks for the welcome Good to see some familiar faces I know you! Welcome aboard, pal!
  20. I know, but now it doesn't look like it need lowering I think that's the point really. I'd leave well alone, mate.
