Nixy, sorry just got around to reading this thread! Yeah someone already said it but you can get pads for the seat belts..... I have some custom ones here that I don't use anymore, they have 350z & Nissan on etc...... So to celebrate your good news Nixy, you can have these! They cost me £20 odd quid but you can have em if you want.........? PM me if you want pics etc!? Mark, you old smoothie!

Yeah, I know, but if they're keeping the shell the same it would be a strange move to change the name. Although who cars of 370Z sounds rubbish, if it's got that much power I'll be in the queue! There's plenty of precedent for manufacturers forgetting their naming policies when it suits them eg BMW 335i

Wasn't the original point of this (way back when ) that the advice was don't go to 20" rims because the ride will be worse? In fact, it seems that you can go to 20" rims and have a better ride if you change tyre brand from OEM and the issue now seems to be tyre wall stiffness. As tyre wall stiffness seems to be the only thing going for the OEM tyres and, bar a handful of folk, most people think they are sh1te and have replaced them at the earliest opportunity, the chances of someone speccing them on their 20's (if they are even available) seems slim. So we're then into the murky area of what tyres on a 20" rim will ride or handle better. In conclusion the whole thing is bollox. I thank you.

Digsy you tart! Ok, decided I will go for it. Private Plate Office shut though. Will call in the morning to buy it. I called her mum for advice (mum knows best) and she thought it was a great idea! I'm excited about it now. Go for it, I can't see her being disappointed.
