Dude who told you that. some same 400 but even thats pushing it depending on how many miles on the engine. Safest bet I was always thought was 360-380 bhp on standard internals. When I called aps guys they said 400bhp was fine as its not so much the bhp that effects the engine but more the torque. Best bet is to talk to the following who I found gave me the best advice: prescience, tere and big phil You need to read the posts lad - "non standard internals".

I'm one of very few who think the NISMO is boomy at motorway speeds but certainly not alone. I got used to it and would have one again but it might drive others mad. No substitute for hearing it yourself.

Blueflame are custom exhausts IIRC so nothing specifically for the Zed but a couple of guys have had them done and seemed happy with the results. NISMO is a good bet but can be a little droney at about 80 mph in sixth - not ideal. Milltek are fairly quiet and good quality - perhaps too quiet?

Have you seen the latest SE Europa, more like a TVR, e.g. leather dash etc. very plush. They say the car is aiming at the 911 market, but it seems to be between the Coxster and 911. I did catch something when it was first launched, but got the impression that although the interior wasnt stripped out like the Elise, it wasnt much to write home about. If I'm honest I didnt pay much attention though Will be good to give the Zed some competition, get Nissan to improve the interior and give it a diet Check out the latest Europa, very plush and dear I say better than the Zed. Also some cracking deals. We have had a couple of customers experiencing the same thing. Seems to take a while for the tyres and shocks to bed in, has got better with miles on the car. can't confirm for definite but the rear shocks seam to be a softer rate than previous cars. 1300, mate. 19" rims going back on in the next couple of weeks so I'll check alignment/pressures and see how we go.
