a lot for the time your location plays a big part in the final cost. some areas are more expensive than others. BJV engineering are the cheapest i've come across, if you can be without wheels for a week and send them to them they'll do it for about £160. or i think £190 if you drive down for the day, but i worked out for me that with petrol etc it would cost more than going to my local place.

as for welded diffs they have there purpose i suppose but thats mainly for drifters and not a scene i really have much interest in. i appreciate it for what it is, but wouldn't do it to my car, i prefer a more track orientated car. one worry i'd have with running stretched rubber is that the rims look so exposed and vulnerable to curbs etc. and as my car is my daily driver i couldn't cope with that.

not good, you'll need to bill the body shop to get a leather trimmer to fix that.

if chips away are anything like most of the other franchise people your looking at about £75 per wheel before tax. i did mine last week in satin black, used a powdercoater close to me and got it for £210.
