I have to work with many different companies in private and public sector....... and there are some people who I have come across do not deserve their jobs, they are complete incompetent nobs, feck knows how they got them in the first place. This week I have seen one bloke.... do nothing except pretend to type in a notepad file...... then delete and repeat. All so that is co-workers can hear that he's doing something. I know someone else who was promoted 5 times, because he was crap at each job...... but they could not sack him This is to common for my liking, and it's most likely why this country is in the sh1t state its in.

I did the rotate and regrease about 5 months ago now...... not a click to be herd Other than an extra pair of hands, some tools, grease (special stuff) and a couple of hours it can be sorted. I know people say that this is not the "proper fix"....... but its not come back yet. If it does come back........after a year would I but a new part...Yes, after two years... probably no, just do the same fix again.

I have a 2007 up rev (198Bhp) and I put about 3/4 litre in between services. I just check it every few weeks and top up as needed.

I have spent most of the last year in London working with many large company's, and these "business" types are everywhere, they walk in to receptions with their todger in one hand and a ruler in the other, giving it the big I am. They are rude to the receptionists, rude about the client they are just about to meet... for the first time. And they think that this sort of behaviour is ok.......... W@nk3rs. One bloke today was shouting at a secretary because HE got the meeting date wrong and the client was on holiday. She did however give him what for and sent him packing with his tail between his legs I am just glad I work in a technical world, not with these sales monkeys
