  1. You can get some "external" ones that will stick like . . . . to a brick
  2. I used these . . . as long as the area you stick them to is clean they will not come off
  3. My Mini (original shape.. Not the bimmer imitation) The most fun you could ever have in a car. Nope not fast, but a chuckable, and generally a good laugh, every journey was a mini adventure
  4. BTW, just downloaded the album from this vid and its pretty good https://itunes.apple.com/ca/album/moment-bends/id433764997
  5. Being a man that enjoys the heights . . . this is the perfect bike for AK

  7. Wow . . . PS . . everyone is going to hate you, especially BBK
  8. I am surprised you have not managed to whittle you own MIG wire from something you found in the garden
  9. What exactly do you do Builder? He's a cake maker hence the user name Ricey
  10. Yea, I am really enjoying doing this. Although I am ruining my fairy soft hands in the process Once finished I am tempted to mod it a little with some bolt on side plates/shelves, you know what its like get a tool out the box. . . and no where to put it
  11. I think you should go and see your new "car friend" armed with a camera and report back "Friend, Car Friend"
  12. Looking good I seem to remember my Mini rusting in the same place I would recommend extra coats of under body sealant in the arches to protect it from seeping in again. Truck Bed Coating is the way forward
  13. Thanks Turned out better than I had thought, each shelf was $22 cut to size plus about $20 of aluminum tubing. Trouble with any project is the cost to get bits and bobs. I think by the time I have finished with the sandblasting, paint and everything else I have purchased, it might well be $500, which I could have just gone out and got a new one . . . I would still rather have mine
  14. Shelves finished, and to be honest, I am pretty pleased with the result Just got to drill out a few holes for bolts and the bottom section will be complete.
  15. +1,000,000 It's coming along nicely Always best to take your time with "proper" restorations aye Keyser . . . . . . why do you think the tool box is taking so long More pics please leonk . . . . even if its just a nut or bolt
