Only problem with bonuses is you end up paying tax on them, unless its cash, I used to get a bonus every year from my old company as part of my wages and Mr Kind Tax man took 25%.

Just logged into the link, what happened there ? Whacky fell out with a few people ... we had a poster who was a complete D!ckhead and he and Whacky were hammer and tongs at various times ... some people got fed up and took sides ... the D!ckhead left (got barred ?) and so did Whacky ... Oh dear , nothing like a good forum punchup, seems like whacky is missed.
