  1. I think since the announcement it wasnt coming to the UK, interest has waned completely. Hopefully the German tuners etc will make some content with theirs over in Germany. In Germany apparently some Nissan dealers are looking to import them depending on whose insane enough to put 70-80k down on one. Dealers are looking to make profit from running around.
  2. https://www.carmagazine.co.uk/car-news/industry-news/nissan/electric-sports-cars/ Traditionally in our sports car line-up we’ve always had the GT-R as the highlight, a car like the Z in the middle and an entry-level car like the Pulsar,’ explains Espinosa. ‘Today we’re missing this point. Z is doing very well in terms of sales and customer satisfaction. In the future my dream is to keep these three elements – this could be the ideal sports car offering, with an affordable entry point for young buyers in their mid-20s who are passionate about cars. Because this is something some car manufacturers have forgotten about – the passion for cars. It depends on the country, but we see that young customers are less and less attracted to cars. And I think one of the reasons is we’re not offering something really exciting. With sports cars can we make that spark, you know, and bring the flame back.’

  6. That Nismo one you showed looks like OEM import directly from Nismo Tochigi Factory. That also goes on the new Nismo as standard? Im guessing 6 Pot Brakes up front? Looks are deceiving it looks an inch bigger than 370 Nismo brakes. Z1 probably have a deal with Nismo to supply and sell them
  7. They could have made more effort on the rear diffuser area where the exhausts are.... Some fins or something a bit more pronounced it's a bit plain. I've seen better on Electric cars...... Lol

  11. I dunno Nissan are slacking. The model life cycle is questionable. I doubt there'll be need for a face-lift when they're due to sell the alternative front bumper in Japan. Maybe can check the nismo parts catalogue. They may have changed their mind on it. Why spend money....
  12. Black grill would help. "you'd look better in this black dress, black arm gloves, black sun hat and black covid mask". So much for showing off the fairlady.....
  13. What's the official price now? Update with better new flatline pictures away from the car and put the latest price. Sell exhaust and wheels etc separately
  14. My old Z at junction 17 for 15900. Was on autotrader 12999. This is what happens when you hesitate. Dealers ruin the market. Enjoy 😂 http://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202310142982868?atmobcid=soc3

  20. https://cardealermagazine.co.uk/publish/replacing-loss-making-car-dealers-helped-mg-boost-profits-to-54m-in-the-uk/291415 MG bought a few Nissan dealerships pushing them to the back of the shop. So it's literally now MG Kia Nissan with huge MG logo on the front in Glyn Hopkins and wlmg. Other MG groups have Kia next door.
  21. It served it's purpose but didn't really evolve despite the face lift in 2018. Imagine they had made it into a model 3 type 4 door with a more appealing design. It could have stayed as a hatchback but with a slightly longer wheelbase. They allowed Tesla to steal their market share when they had a 4 year headstart in the mainstream. They will struggle compete with the likes of MG who will probably refresh the line up every 3 to 4 years! Selling more appealing designed cars from mid 20s. Prices of Leaf have reduced but the likes of the Ariya at 48k was quite high. I see they reduced them by 5 to 6k since release. So now MG are closing in on Nissan in EV sales. Others have joined the party but BYD and Co are able to offer sub 40k cars easily with new Chinese companies to enter EU market shortly. I'm assuming going forward Nissan will make 3 to 4 new crossover SUVs of varying sizes under a new platform. 1 or 2 of them being built in Sunderland. They should include a 4 door saloon they can sell to public sector and govt agencies. Tesla already sold a few to the police. A refresh is needed with new players in the UK.
