  1. Down to £6,000 now, or swap for a family car. Got mucked about by a few young lads deciding they want it, and just before turning up, asking how to get insured because they are 20, 21 etc. What a bloody faff!
  2. Thanks mate, skyline nearly went last night, but the chap was only 22 and didn't realise the insurance cost!
  3. didn't reach the reserve on eBay, so relisted
  4. I agree, walking around, meeting new people and jumping straight into a conversation (never done that with a stranger in my life!) and getting so much exercise, AND its free? I really dont see what the issue people have is? Take our local pub, I used to go when I was a teenager, haven't been there for years, went in the other day - the same pi**ed blokes sitting at the bar still.. and I'm sure they have an issue with Pokemon Go.. I think its like others have said, people are into different things, but taking the mick of others playing is pretty lame, I'm sure those people have 'hobbies' etc that others would find boring and a waste of time - e.g. football. And besides, I have a CP1200 Vaporeon now sooooo...
  5. Correct, I traded him the Skyline, looks like hes trying to make a few bucks on it as well! for anyone looking, it is a cat D (the 350z - not the R33!) so bare that in mind. I traded him at an impulse, instead of looking at something sensible, and realise that now, so looking for a swap for a 5 door BMW, or cash only (hence eBay)

  7. I have only watched two games in my life (the Wales/Belgium, and Wales/Portugal) and too be honest, if last night was how normal football matches are I wont watch another. Yes we are proud how far wales have come through Euro '16, but that was a lame excuse of a match, it just like they were having a kick about waiting for their mums to pick them up. Shame really. But like I say, well done to Wales for getting this far.
  8. dont worry guys, the government is wanting everything on the road to have reg plates to be safe. Luckily I have fixed one of the biggest hazards
  9. yes I got the email this morning, if thats the view they are taking it - maybe the next petition should be front plates on motorbikes
  10. Now that is a great shout! I'd watch it 100%
  11. Price reduced after looking at others for sale, but wont go lower due to amount of mods etc
  12. And no more zeds at the moment lol. would like a 370z when I get the money though,
  13. yes Dan, and too be honest, its fizzled out anyway - car started this morning no problem, and acted normal the whole journey to work, under throttle and cruising. It only happened once or twice but didnt want to give the car to someone and it happen to them, and them no knowing about it! Practical as in a BMW 330D ideally, but someone has offered a 320D m sport coupe, so may go and see that
  14. how much is it? no, stop that. I don't do it!
  15. no that is not sensible, stop tempting me away from the light!
  16. cheers guys, seems a shame to step away from jap cars, but needs must for now I guess! Ill be back...possible with a supra or 370z in the near future
  17. and half that he's s*$&.. sorry mate, I really tried to give him a chance, but it just didnt work. And too be honest, I havent enjoyed any of the presenters - the best part of the series was Ken block in his mustang..and that would have been improved if Matt wasnt in it!
  18. I recently swapped my 350z for this, and in all honesty, I don't get along with it, and need to grow up and buy something practical. So since I have only just started the insurance etc, I thought it best to sell on. So a couple of stats, mods etc: Imported from Japan in 2005. Just over 109,500 miles on the clock - this is obviously a mix of Mph/Kph. Resprayed in Audi Nardo grey and gloss black - very good condition. Rare factory option of active LSD. Laserline 996V3 alarm and immobiliser fitted on entering the UK I believe. Spare key included. Interior modifications. Racing steering wheel. Quick release boss to remove steering wheel. Bucket seats - I am lead to believe they are Corbaeu, but not 100% on this. The front and rear seats have all been re leathered with red stitching. Matching gators. Exterior modifications. Full respray and body fix up - in Audi nerd grey and gloss black. Rota Torque wheels - resprayed in apple candy. Near new Yokohama tyres all around. Tinted rear windows. Tinted headlights - HID fitted to increase vision. Brand new wiper blades (not much, but makes a big difference to the old ones!) Carbon Fibre bonnet with vents. Carbon Fibre boot lid. Carbon Fibre spoiler. Performance modifications. Weight reduction - air con removal etc. Competition stage 3 clutch. Drilled and grooved front disc brakes, sports pads all around recent. Japspeed type 1 3'' exhaust. Decat. R32 GTR intercooler fitted. Apexi dry air filter. Apexi FC commander. Remaps. Lowering springs. Upgraded fuel pump. So far the only issue I have noticed is an idle problem when you first start the car, but this goes away once you start to drive (e.g. when you stop at the end of the road, its back to normal). Running around 340bhp. Got a folder of receipts, paperwork, and dyno runs to back it all up. The condition on the outside is really good, obviously with a respray the paintwork is going to be good! the chassis I am told by my garage is in top condition as well - I took it in for an 'MOT' check and to make sure nothing was wrong below deck I welcome anyone to come and have a look, its just not what I need from a car this time around (and in all honesty only bought it because I couldn't get an R34!) Price: £6,950 ono Thankyou and please get in touch if you are tempted
  19. this has aftermarket seats, and they dont pull forward enough to get the carseat through! Another issue is my misses cant get insured on it - something which will most leave us in a pickle months down the line. And too finish it off, I just dont seem to connect with it, I dont feel 'at one' with it. The car I am looking at is a BMW 330d m sport
  20. Right, well this is going to sound insane, but I have put the Skyline up for sale.. Reality check, it doesnt fit a baby seat in the rear, and just doesnt fit our needs, so before I get any deeper in it, I am selling up to buy an auto diesel with 5 doors So it is on facebook jap for sale page, and on eBay, currently their isnt any issues - I had the diff fixed, and it recently kept dropping idle for a few days, which went away with a good running and a full tank. I have put new wipers, new battery, clay and waxed it, and put the new wheels with tyres on, so basically got it ready for a new owner! Even have a brand new front reg plate to go on. I think I was kidding my self when I got the Skyline, it needs someone who can look after it, and most likely use it as a hobby car, not a daily driver!
  21. Tow hook is going, ideally the black will be going.. ideally the wing would be going..
  22. yes I dont think the colour helped much. Talking of coloured wheels... just need some spacers now!
  23. just been reading your thread actually, id love to see how different the GTR is, mine is pretty nippy as it is! No I don't like the touring wheels on it, needs something more aggressive for the looks I think. only about half an hour away from the Rota's now, but its f*****g raining!
  24. Yes true, maybe a new front bumper with a nice big grille in the middle
