The only two 350z I know around here are a silver one with black wheels at the Honda garage, and a bronze one in craven arms.. Anyone on the forum?

Ha yes this one is pure bred red! Half of my leather bits have arrived, I am a bit stumped on getting the gaiter off though, I have searched for how this, and no where mentions the plastic circle inside the gaiter - so do you know how to remove this?

Yes. I don't think it would be worth going from the door pin as it would only work with one door

I quite fancy installing some footwell lighting, but only when the interior light is on, door open etc How would I go about this? I know you get kits which go to the fag lighter but I would like it a bit better done than that! George

thanks for the quick responses. I think it will be a heat shield as well, I will get it up a ramp when I can and check. I don't think its anything serious as handling and performance isn't affected.

But of an odd one, but could do with the little bin/ashtray from the centre console if that's up for grabs? Mines a 2004 but I'm guessing they are the same anyway?

not sure, how many are there? I'm guessing it SOMETHING rattling, as its only at low revs, which gives a hell of a rumble! where would I look for that?

Oh and I have ordered a carbon intake duct - love 'em! And eye lids to colour code, clear front reflectors and clear headlight reflectors to swap over, but I will do that when I take the headlights apart to spray the interior black

Yeah good. The battery (and other side, forgot what it's for), and engine cover are colour coded to the car, that that's it in there. I am fiddling with the interior as the dash is a bit worn, so got a new gear knob and gaiter and wrapping the console black leather with red stitching. Under the car has a 4 point strut as well. It seems in good order and the seats look pretty much new

yeah I just took these just now for you. the wheels are 20'', needs a good shine up, it had been sitting in a yard for about a year when I picked it up, a good run when I picked it up did it a world of good, just this issue I mentioned in my other thread!

Now, this is my first 350z, and not sure if its normal - i'm guessing it bad.. So its got a full new exhaust system - motorsport or something like that - I didn't put it on. Its a 2004 and has done 68,000 miles, has full service history, and an MOT last month with no advisories, and idles fine, with a lowely rumble from the exhaust. Also has plenty of power. But if I, for example, chug along in 3rd gear at about 2000 revs, and put my foot down, its got a very odd 'metalic' noise, until it gets to about 3500 revs. The rest of the revs are great with no issues and it changes gear fine. Is this a concern or does the zed just not like very low revs? George
