  1. Get a screamer pipe on it. One of the best sounding cars then imo lol

    Golf R

I certainly think the Focus stands out more than the golf, i also think itll be much more fun to drive. the golf is a very fast capable car, but i get the feeling when drivign my mates it was made by lots of smart people with no sense of humour, where as i think the RS will just be a hoot to drive even without the "drift" mode.

i Loved my mk1, was so underestimated. keep looking at another, but would have to pay double now what i paid for one as the prices are on the up!

    Golf R

Yep, mate has a golf R, driven it plenty. would love one as a daily, plenty fast enough and the grip is unreal! handles brilliantly, however, ive pick the FRS (having owned both the mk1 and mk2 FRS) i think itll be much more exciting to drive even though it may not be as quick. Im not particually keen on the looks of the mk3 FRS, but im also very tempted by one as i think itll be amazing to drive.
  6. there seems to be laods around mk, but i never seem to see any haha
  7. Are you from out steeple claydon way by any chance? always see a very similar car to this? It's not me, haven't been that way for a while (I'm normally in MK or Northampton ) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Ah fair enough, theres one that looks very similar this way. Sounds lovely.

  9. The battleaero is mine Where did you get it from and how much if you dont mind me asking?
  10. So is this at dons stadium and what time do people stay till? Only just seen this lol would I be welcome with a dead bumper?😂
  11. Ive not driven a standard 350, but own a charged one running 430bhp at the fly. Love it, unless its wet then it scares me lol although am looking at selling it as need to scratch the GTR itch.
  12. Yeah ill be there. ignore the front bumper though, found a badger last weekend and havnt had a chance to get it repaired yet.
  13. possibly a guy capped barry, BAP in the number plate?
  14. I dont think its just a zed thing. People always try racing me in my previous cars too. think its just now-a-days people like to brag to their mates oh i beat this and i beat that etc etc
  15. Afraid unrealistic and not possible my friend. Shame, think it would be an animal around that weight lol It could be an animal at 1600 kg but you would require a second mortgage. haha to be fair it is already a bit of an animal, but i want something that scares me each time i drive it lol

  17. cheers guys. Think it maybe clutching at straws then. Will leave the 350 for the road and 205 for track.
  18. Yeah i have a 205 gti for track, but as said enjoy driving the 350z so was gonna look at using that too lol Drivign a stripped out car doesnt bother me at all, loved it with my old evo lol just a wheel seat and cage lol i just didnt want it to be a pointless exercise, i.e. im sure i read somewhere they weigh aroudn 1600kg? now i wouldnt mind throwing some money at it if you can make a noticeable difference i.e. get it down to 1100/1200kg. Is this realistic or not possible?
  19. Done a search but cant find anything.... where does the weight of the car come from? is it mainly in the body work or the engine? Can much weight be lost? reason i ask is i love driving mine and would like to track it, but with the weight i know it will be hard on breaks and tyres etc, obviously first step would be to take out the interior and put in some light seats, but where would be next? would a fibreglass rear hatch save a decent amount of weight or am i just clutching at straws and even replacing all the panels going to be left with a big heavy car due to the chassis/engine?
  20. Is that how much these go for? Mine came with one in it lol
  21. I always used to use admiral as theyre cheapest for me, but on the last few cars ive had as they're so heavily modified id rather have them covered like for like just incase the worst should happen.
  22. i can confirm you can go sideways in a focus RS lol can have plenty of fun with lift off over steer. No its not drifting, but you can still prat about and have fun on track. I think FWD is easiest/safest to have fun in because you dont have to be as careful if that makes sense? you can drive like an idiot in FWD and be ok. RWD is more rewarding to drive if you get it right though. and AWD is awesome till you run out of grip then its a case of hoping for the best lol
  23. Nope. Out of all the cars ive owned (mixture of FWD AWD and RWD) the one id go back to first would be a mk1 Focus RS. So much fun to drive.
