    Thank you Vlad. I have already seen Andy at Parkside Motor's who is about 10mins drive from where I live. He is going to fit and respray a new bumper for half the cost of the main Vauxhall stealers, sorry I meant main Vauxhall dealers.

    Hi, My Vauxhall Corsa(thank god it wasn't my Z) was included in a road traffic collision and needs a new back bumper. Can anybody recommend somebody in the Birmingham area please.

    You should of reported them to the police. The Driving & Vehicle standards now conduct tests called"DVLA referral". These are where the police decide to send them to see if they are still capable of driving. Suppose they need the opinion of a expert.

    They have talking about this for years, but nothing gets done. Retesting every 10 years is not practical as the DVSA do not enough examiners, they are struggling with test waiting times at the moment.
