  1. Check the large earth lead attached to the frame (sutuated under the tank if a remember right) also the smaller earth lead to the coils I doubt if it would be fuel as it should at least splutter as it turns over
  2. Well at least you know you can cross him off your list for next time
  3. After the pathetic price the Nissan dealer offered me for my 370z against the Nismo Mk2, and the no noticeable difference in power on the test drive,I opted to spend the money on modifications and have a much faster modified car and save money in the bargain. Zeditis took over and I ended up spending more than if I'd bought a new Nismo.....OOPS!! Would I change my mind if I could start again....Erm no thanks, love mine as I've made it my own
  4. Thanks for the link, just ordered the Bosch Aero's from it, good price too
  5. "Stein, you're gonna look pretty funny trying to eat corn on the cob with no f.....ng teeth" Duncan McElroy, lead singer and driver of the Winnebago

  12. Interesting reading, I'm sure you will get there in the end You say the oil gallery gaskets had failed, maybe these had caused the initial failure of the engine in the first place?
  13. Since I've changed my brakes for the Torqen Big Brake kit I might as well put up for sale my Akebono set up which had covered 21,800 miles when changed and are in excellent condition fitted with EBC red stuff pads which have only been fitted for 2000miles A top upgrade for the 350Z and the conversion kit is available from Torqen on here Looking for around £950 and would prefer collection but could post if required at extra cost or if out on my travels and not too far away could deliver Please pm me for more details if interested http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/10/18/a5c0a4c55c664ea57b68edd79e2b710c.jpg[/img NOW INCLUDED IN THE PRICE WILL BE THE 350Z CONVERSION BRACKETS FROM TORQEN
  14. Just remember that it is a modified car, so there are days when it isn't quite behaving, or there's a rattle or it's really cold and you have to use a lot of throttle to start the bloody thing - this is when I think "sod it, I'm selling up for an SUV and a pair of comfortable slippers." …Then you drive it and remember why you did this, with a massive smile! Plus, how the hell do you even sell a car this modified? Erm....you don't sell Dom just keep it and buy something else You could never pull back the money spent on mods unless you get some real enthusiast willing to pay extra and the work and problems encountered already sorted on a completed car
  15. Worth every penny and a definite if going FI as the extra cooling ducts work really well Looks awesome too Be the second to have one of these in the UK Thank you to everyone who voted for my car at the Ace Cafe day
  16. I think the key to it all is to have the system installed professionally and a proper tune and there is no reason it shouldn't be as reliable as a standard car The power delivery on mine is now fantastic and worth every penny
