I literally just ordered 2l of underseal spray on stuff with the waxyoil in it to do my own, its normally the first thing i do when i buy a car, its so easy, i do it on axel stands and just lay down underneath!

Its a performance mod as far as i'm aware, i'll hapily take it off your hands lol. Thre not cheap to buy new! I'm pretty sure you can just unbolt the plenum, take out the spacer and bolt the plenum back down!
