Guys, the dealer clearly had no clue how to use a machine polisher properly leaving me with LOTS of holograms. Numpty lol Will a claying, polishing and waxing rectify this or am I best getting a professional detailer to sort it out for me so that I have a decent base car to clay etc? Guys, Anybody have a professional install a Head Unit or similar in the Bristol area? I've been sifting through what is involved in replacing the Bose HU and it scares me shitless, hahaha It may be very simple but all the splicing and adaptors etc involved confuse the hell out of me! Guys, if replacing the Bose HU what does my new HU need? Just the 1 pre out? I plan to replace the HU in the next few months so am looking for a decent replacement. Obviously I will need the Pac Roem jibby jobby and a proper auto electrician to install the thing but would like to get an idea of what the new HU needs on the back. Thats the one mate. They are just off the Dursley junction of the M4 (A different Dursley lol). They have everything on the shelf mate. If you speak to ross on reception and say you want the same as Darren with the black 350Z he should remember as it was only a few weeks ago. Basically they have a massive range of flexis and just fabricate the pipe up and stick it on. I was there 2 hours or so. The cheapest I could find a crap new Y pipe for was 130 quid on ebay plus I'd then have to get it fitted. So it was really a no brainer. Plus it comes with a lifetime guarantee mate. Suppose the best way would to be use my sat nav actually when I pop out later? Set the destination and have it set to distance to point B and the mileage the sat nav tells me at the start should be the mileage on the 350 at the end? Guys, When you press and hold the little black button next to the mileage to reset either your A miles or B miles, is there a way to convert that to KM or is it only set at miles? Reason I ask is that I reset it yesterday and it currently says I have done 20 miles snd they seem to flick by quicker than miles, have I somehow got it set to KM? Its more than likely that I have done 20 miles and that I have been driving quickly though, haha But yeah, just wondered.
