  1. I met a guy yesterday with a brand spanking 370 nismo that referred to mine as a classic. Think you'll always pay a premium for a good one but there are a lot of examples about now for very little cash which some people seem unable to differentiate from the genuine clean examples
  2. Ah well I won't say no to a road trip
  3. As title basically. Can you guys recommend anyone up here that can map the car?
  4. You won't regret the roadster for 1 second, stick a nice exhaust on and just smile from ear to ear
  5. I purposely went for a roadster as my fiancée's a4 cabrio is great on a nice day, the zed is just amazing. Nice exhaust and the roof down on a nice quiet road is awesome.
  6. It's a hunter machine it's going on anyway at funkypower. Glad these true coilovers don't lead to the sudden destruction that some make out then.
  7. Yeah I actually hadn't paid attention when I bought the coilovers from jez that they were true coilovers, that'll teach me. So I then set about googling it and realised I could strengthen the rear turret or swap them for another set. I have the camber arms, eibach toe bolts, adjustable drop links. Hopefully that's enough with the arch work to have the car down low on the new wheels.
  8. Hi folks, Wondering if any one can help out. I've gathered a load of parts so far in preparation for when my wheels arrive next month, coilovers, rear camber arms, toe bolts. Couple if questions, the coilovers I've bought are a one piece unit on the rear shock and spring on one unit rather than similar to standard. When it comes to having these fitted will I need any other arms etc that I've overlooked/don't know about? From reading through here, it's looking like I'll want adjustable drop links if I want to run really low. Is this the case? Stopping preload on the arb's I believe. Will I need front arms in order to fully adjust the front. Anything else you guys can recommend as is rather just pull her apart once and fit everything in one go then dial in the geometry. It's a 2008 roadster if that's if any bearing. Thanks Ryan

    Y pipe query.

Are the Y pipes required different between the DE and HR engines? Thanks Ryan
  10. Hi folks Wondering if the cars supplied without sat nav still have the wiring looms fitted so making it possible to instal the nissan nav system(if you find one) I found on my disco 3 this was the case so it made it pretty easy, wondered if the z is the same.
  11. This seems to be the going rate(in this area anyway) for a nice clean example. I personally wouldn't have bought this and walked away for the reasons above. If the price reflected the condition a little more proportionately it would have sold already

    HR decat pipes

That was quick. Can close this thread now as Alex has sorted me out with a pair

    HR decat pipes

Looking for a set of decat pipes suitable for a 58 plate HR variant Z on the off chance anyone has any laying about used/unused. If not, any recommendations on where to pick some up. Thanks Ryan
  14. I'm in Ayrshire on the west coast of Scotland so essentially, the worst place ever to own a roadster.
