  1. Directional tyres do look good but the industry for passenger cars has moved away from this design hence your issue in finding the type you want. Compare the old Goodyear Eagle f1's to the current ones and see what I mean. By the best tyres you can afford and check the reviews and you'll be fine. Ultimately you can bin any car on any tyres if you drive like a dick. I personally love a nice looking sidewall and the yokohama parada spec2's were my fav in my fwd days purely on looks.
  2. Feels great getting your motor mag featured, though in a past life I only had a two page spread but loved it all the same. Love your 350z
  3. Looks immense, hey if it rains we'll see the epic beading
  4. It's map sensor'd and not maf'd too
  5. Well: What time will clubs be allowed access? Club cars will be allowed access from 06:30 providing that you have the relevant tickets and passes. Be nice to pre meet and all drive in together.
  6. I vote aldi towcester - just 5 miles from silverstone, more than enough room and easy to spot other zeds if we gather at the other end to the shop. This car park more so than tesco across the road as every other car forum club will gather there.
  7. The extra track at the rear should in theory provide a more stable rear end when corning. I have the tarmacsportz ones 15/20 and they are so light to hold. I'd bet rays with spacers is still way lighter than touring wheels without.
  8. Like putting an M5 badge on a 5.0l 5 series sport with Mpower bumpers and wheels.
  9. Should sound bliss mate, top service from Cougar Store!!
  10. unsure if this is in the right section... 350Z Track Monster - from Bling to Brute in 12 Easy Steps! In just a few years this 350Z has transformed from a pristine example of a Nissan 350Z to a mean and lithe example of an incredibly effective track car. Aesthetics being tossed aside in the aim to gain that fraction of a second to attain the top of the podium. The question that I asked, and likely some of you are wondering also, is how did Mike go from being a hard parker to being one of the most focused time attack drivers that I have met. I mean, he is so intent and tenacious at the track that it is difficult to have a conversation with him. When the competition is over, he is more than ready and willing to talk about his car and his journey into the world of Time Attack. Sorry for misleading you, though, it actually took a lot more than 12 steps to build this race package and none of them were easy! http://www.motoiq.com/MagazineArticles/articleType/CategoryView/categoryId/61/350Z.aspx ~David
