So I finally got around to prepping the brake fluid cover. Got a few runs on the first attempt but sanded them down with 1200 grit and re-primed and got a nice finish in the end. Gonna take my time and let the cover dry overnight and then tackle the paint another day
now I'm really tempted :-)

Thanks Gixxer - I guess I can add it to my plumbing toolbox too, no doubt it'll come in handy when trying to pry out crusted old tap washers and the like
I've tried everything to get the front emblem off but it won't budge! I can't get any floss behind it to "saw" if off - I've tried a hairdryer, I've tried hot water, but it's sitting way too snug in the indent on the front.
Help please!
