  1. I payed slightly more than that for my 06 with 27000 miles 3 months ago but was prepared to do so as it was a lower tax band car and it was the car I wanted. Trade price was 8500 at the time i bought it!
  2. Is that the mines front lip buddy? Where did you get it from?
  3. Thank god it's only wrapped and can be removed!!!
  4. Mines done 27000 miles just had them replaced under warranty still had to pay 200 quid as the warranty company wouldn't pay the full amount!

  7. Hi and welcome to the forum :-)
  8. Ha, you did, did you? Was it up in the air at the time? What did you think? I'm back down Falcon next Saturday as there are a couple of pains in my backside that need sorting out, I may as well just tell my company to just pay my entire wage directly to Lee! Ha no was on the floor when I first dropped mine off and then it was just getting cleaned when I picked mine up thats when i noticed your scratch on the wing lol yeah looked nice loved the wheels and exhaust , I was hoping to hear it! Mines back In next week hopefully getting the fans fixed under warranty.
  9. Nice photos :-) had a good look at your car yesterday in falcon performance when mine was in! Liking the addition of your wing stickers lol

I've only had it a week so little things like that are still great;) It took me 3 weeks to finally notice this switch haha This "feature" wasn't on US market cars -- I was like, no kidding?? I'm going to find that button now lol.. then read a little and found out it is a Japanese feature that is also avail to UK cars.. but not US. Le sigh.. I like the folding mirrors.. I'd really like them to correspond with when the car is locked and unlocked.. IE: Lock folds mirrors in.. Unlock folds them out -- Or even coolor.. Lock folds mirrors in.. unlock keeps them in.. but, starting the engine causes them to unfold Wonder how much those kits run to make a US car fold auto? tsk tsk.. So I guess the fact here is US cars do not have the folding mirrors! But UK/Japan vehicles do (I don't think ALL models do in UK, but probably most.. it may have been an option of some sort.. but maybe they all have them.) --That said, not sure what is special about Europe that requires folding mirrors that the US wouldn't lol.. We have smaller parking spaces! Lol

    Fan motors

I'm looking at a price for replacement fan motors before I decide to have a go at the fix that's on the forum! Anybody had any experience in the best place to source these from a motor specialist for instance? Cheers Andy.
  16. Yup big fan here also been watching it a while! Would like to go over there for a beer or two! :-)
  17. I had the same thing mine was a small scratch I wasn't happy with tried to touch it up and wet n dry it flat but ended up going through the paint a little, chips away could not do anything as it wouldn't blend in properly. I was quoted 180 at the body shop for the full panel I think the colour is repaired locally then full panel lacquered. I will have to live with it for now and get it sorted at a later date.
  18. Surely if using a torque wrench 120n/m is the same whether copper grease is applied or not?
