Well, lo and behold, driving back from Lampeter this afternoon, a silver 240Z came up behind me. Gave me a blast on his air horns before we parted company at Llanybydder cross roads. That is definitely a one off!!

Zedd has a set of ES2's and I've just bought some ES1's. Both sets are 19x10.5 rear and 19x9.5 front. Offset ET12 The ES2's just clear the Brembos at the front. No spacers required. You will need to roll the rear lip though to prevent rubbing, but they look great and fill the arches. Tyres: 245x35x19 on the front and 275x35x19 on the rear. Edit: They will rub slightly on the backs at standard height so need a roll

Have a read of this http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/car-care-advice.html Black Hole is great for masking light swirls, I use it every couple of months. After you've applied it, buff it off and then apply wax or sealant to complete the job.

First off a stubby, then a decent dual exhaust, then some 19" wheels and tyres and I'm already over budget.

Seems a bit surreal and unnerving seeing you with this, as we're all used to you speaking about and seeing your zed. Will need time to adjust ha ha! Ahh well, at least its a Jap with a great VTEC motor, so good choice. I was looking at S2000's before I bought the zed, but heard you had to keep the revs on the boil to get anywhere, so basically you'd be screaming around all over the show. Don't know how true this is though.

Absolute stunner, beautiful, especially with the Varrstoens. Loved the look of this zed since I saw it in Wales last year.

Congratulations, that is one serious roadtrip. I couldnt hack doing so many miles each day, would need a fortnight to recover. I am envious though, of being able to photograph all that beautiful scenery you have travelled through. Cant wait to see some epic photos, well done!

I'd recommend Maesgwyn Garage, Capel Isaac near Llandeilo. Its off the beaten track out in the sticks. My son and I both use them for work on our zeds ie. clutch and flywheel, P3 service, springs, dampers,exhaust, laser alignment etc.etc. Its probably about 25 miles for you, so might be a bit too far, but they do a top job.
